The location is at the Hamilton Airport. Easy to find from State Highway 1, so access to and from Southbound and Northbound is a breeze. Parking can fit all types of vehicles, including the 6m truck we were driving and there are plenty of spaces. The staff were excellent from beginning to end, always helpful and pleasant. We were upgraded to an executive room, first floor (there is only one level up) which was more than comfortable for our stay. There isn’t a lift, 13 stairs up or down, so be mindful of that if you’re lugging baggage up and down the stairs. Buffett breakfast was good, more than enough to satisfy for hot or continental lovers. We went to the restaurant for dinner which again was excellent and good value for drinks and food. Couldn’t fault it at all. You will get a great night sleep, no issues with noise. 10/10.

Nothing, all was great.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite. My children loved their single beds, my father in law loved his double bed... my husband and I found the double bed a lot smaller than other beds at the Airport Hotel. I ended up spending the second night on the very comfy couch instead of sharing the bed with him. Perfect size for one adult - not two.

Some guests returned to their rooms at 10.30pm and were carrying on making noise in the main driveway for quite some time. Around the corner a car did burn outs for a very long time and it was extremely loud. Hotel can be loud.

There was a huge bathtub I didn't expect in my room and it was amazing to be able to fully lay down and take a bath! The bed was SO comfortable and I had more than enough pillows! I loved my room, everything you want and need, and they even had cookies! I made several cups of tea. The robes were so plush! And Candy at the front desk let me check out an hour late without charging me extra! I really needed that extra hour in the morning and appreciated it so much!

If you open the windows at night with the light on obviously bugs come in, but that wasn't very fun in the bathroom, the one down side. Also the spa jets in the bathtub didn't work, which was just mildly disappointing, but I wasn't upset about it.

Provisions for our dog were exceptional. He was super happy and the little treats, dog bowls, bed were amazing. Beds were comfy and supplied shower products (body wash, shampoo and conditioner) were nice touches.

I would've liked to have been able to charge meals from the restaurant back to our room for both nights we stayed. We would've liked some basic bowls and spoons or little plates for our children to have cereal in for breakfast. (I went to the restaurant and they happily supplied it). Also a toaster would be nice in the room with basic cutlery other than teaspoons.

The room was well furnished and well presented. It was clean and fresh and had lovely personal touches. We arrived for our honeymoon stay before flying out the next day and they upgraded our room for free and left a few goodies in our room to help us celebrate. Wonderful staff, the lady who checked us in should definitely be given a pay raise. She was insanely helpful and such a beautiful soul. Oh and the breakfast was superior to any hotel buffet breakfast we have ever had before.

Perfect location near our event. Mystery Creek. Comfy bed. Enjoyed access to pool. Great breakfast and restaurant. I found all staff, reception, cleaners and restaurant staff to be helpful and friendly. Value for money with 4stars incl breakfast.

The bathroom floor wasn't clean. Appeared previous occupant had split or sprayed something over the floor. Only had two towels available in room. We used our towels for the pool and had to request another towel. Minor but inconvenient. To resolve issue, you could store pool towels in room or near pool area.

We stayed 4 nights, and I have to say it was one of the most exceptional 5-star plus rating hotel stays we have experienced. Right from checkin to checkout, all the staff were amazing. Top notch rating for cleanliness, daily housekeeping, and restaurant and free WiFi service. Linen was always crisp, clean, and replaced every day. The facilities both inside and out were immaculate. Congratulations, Jetpark, we will definitely be back and recommend that others experience what we have at your hotel.

Friendly staff.... Out of the city, so there was very little noise from vehicles and the busyness of town during the weekend nights. We had security in knowing it wasn't used for emergency housing or anything like that, being out of town and at the airport. Room was spacious. Massive bathroom, enjoyed the spa bath. Didn't use the other facilities e.g. pool, sauna etc, but will next time. We weren't using the airport, but didn't mind travelling a little out of the city after the event we were in Hamilton for and weren't needing to head back into Hamilton the next day so the location suited..... Would definitely stay again.

Inconsiderate customers ( party goers ) , that have no respect for others sleeping when they're partying and swearing around the pool early hrs of the morning

As a housekeeper for a different hotel down south. I absolutely loved how crisp & clean & well made up my rm was. Right down to the lovely bathrobes, cookies,milk,coffee,teas, hot chocolate, a safe for valuables, a modern air conditioner plus a spa bath in my rm. I Loved the cold water pool was so lovely especially cause it was a very hot day 32 degrees. I had a lovely contenetal breakfast & I went to the restaurant for tea & the lovely staff delivered my tea to my rm for me. Will happily recommend this hotel
