Liked the location, just off state highway close enough to Hamilton & the local Cambridge shops. Pool was a bonus especially for our daughter. Access to some sky channels is great for a night in.

The network connection very poor, would only get one bar on cellphone unable to use own data. The moment we entered into town we would have better cell coverage, could do with a deep clean in room, replace shower curtain, quick wipe of ceilings, replace curtains in Room 13 - would all go along way. No aircon in rooms a second fan would be handy

Enjoyed how peaceful our stay was. Rooms were clean, decent size - small bathroom in the single unit, but nice spacious bathroom in the family unit. I liked that the staff checked in with me to see how our rooms were and also gave us time to figure out our payment method between our many members of our family.

That we didn't stay longer. Bonus points if wifi was complimentary, however we made do with the wifi vouchers given to us so not really a negative..

We had a clean , quiet room with extra linen in the cupboard. Our stay was for two nights and when we got back after been out for the day our room had been serviced with our towels all replaced much appreciated by us. We had our grandson who was with us also and he used the pool and enjoyed himself. Good laundry also. Would recommend this as a great stay.

Had trouble getting the shower control in the right place , but once found it was all good. maybe some marking on this control would be great. .

Room cleanliness, reasonable price, lovely neighborhood, quiet, great laundry, selection of tea, coffee chocolate, Plunger coffee, walkable distance to town and restaurants. Comfortable chairs for watching TV

Limited internet... I kept running out. Limited hanging space for drying clothing inside... a vital thing when travelling for several weeks or playing sport.

So clean even the bathroom was amazing! Great spacious room, a heater and extra blankets, the parking is right out front of the unit. The kitchenette is well stocked with utensils etc. I loved the mini coffee plunger, a nice touch. The pool looked great, not the season to use it but it was clean no leaves etc and a really good size.

Maybe a little booklet on things to do around town?

The swimming pool was excellent. The room was clean tidy and comfortable.

Lack of shade around the pool. The plates in the cupbord hadn't been dried properly by the previous guest.

Quiet and relaxing. It was great to have a swimming pool for cooling off and a laundrey to wash and dry our clothes. Location was good, easy to find and handy to town. The staff were very friendly.

A larger area for dining would have made it a better stay but this was only a minor problem.

For the price we paid it was outstanding. Quiet and nice surrounding, the studio big enough for 2 friends, everything very clean and comfortable. Would recommend again

The towels were really clean with a fresh smell, but very old.

Walking distance to town. Everything you need at the units, full kitchen facilities and a laundry on site. Lovely to have a pool as temperature in the high 20’s

No aircon in the room, there was a fan but it only had a speed of full on

Easy to find Close to all amenities Beds were very comfortable Staff were great, easy to talk with Nice and private Very nice and warm when we walked in Heater is very ideal specially it being winter

That it was winter and couldn't go for a swim Reception for wifi cut out depending which side of the room you were on.. Had no idea the jug/kettle and stove/burner were in the cupboard.. didn't find them til the morning 🙈
