The rooms were big and there was a small dinig area in the kitchen which was very nice. Choice of this hotel has been due to its convenient location towards the lake around which you can take a great walk in the morning and evening in summertime, really not being far away. The main bus central station is reachable in a few minutes by foot. So I guess for a holiday in Hamilton as well as for a business travel its a great choice. Nice quiet place to spend the night and a very good idea that mostly the rooms are not directed towards the parking area. Staff was very helpful and friendly and check in and out easy transactions.

The price is high, but we had a very spacious room and its situated near the congress and health care district.

Location was incredibly central to everything. A nice sized room with a bedroom and kitchenette with everything we needed. New toilet, flooring and fridge.

The motel needs a re-vamp on the outside (painting, tidying up etc) Although beds, bathroom, kitchenette were clean there were holes in the bathroom that had been roughly fixed. The edges of the room needed a good vacuum. Dirty marks on doors and switches. The garden area was overgrown.

We got a large apartment for our stay, more than adequate for our needs. All facilities provided including a cooking stove in the kitchen area.

The motel is on bit of a hill so if you venture down to Hamilton centre, a 10 to 15 minute walk, you need to save a little energy for making your way back.

We really liked the location. It's proximity to the city center and the stadium. Awesome

Due to a late night the night before, we had asked the owners of the premises if we can check out a little later than 10am, infact asking if we can check out at 12noon and were willing to pay extra for a late checkout but the owner refused. That was the only dent to our stay at the motel.

Our room was very large and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed during our stay. It isn’t a new motel but the owners/staff keep it neat and clean. There appears to be some work being done to improve the landscaping area to the back of the building which will hopefully be useful to guests.

Being upstairs and using wooden steps I struggled with my bad knee but as I wanted a larger unit one wasn’t available downstairs at the time.

Our only small gripe was that there was very little toilet paper left, the roll ran out and there were no spare rolls. We didn’t notice until the office was closed

A furnished motel. Cooking facilities available. A 10 minutes walk to access to supermarket. 20 minutes walk to access to souvenir shops. The hotel us located nearly in the heart of the city. Spacious parking area monitored by cctv. The owner of the motel is very friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay the room was nice&clean. I liked the kitchen area it has a door separating it from the bedroom and kitchen stuff, microwave, toaster, jug&a 2pot stovetop. I Loved the electric blankets they had made for a nice warm sleep on a cool winters night by myself. Will happily stay there again A++ for customer service

Clean and well presented. Great parking and access to room.

While it is great value for money, always clean and comfortable and our desired place to stay when visiting Hamilton, the property is getting a little tired and could do with some maintenance both inside and outside.

The price and location was perfect for my sister and I. Handy to everything especially the hospital. We were happy with our stay.
