The facility is huge with big lounge and big kitchen especially on the floor where I had my room. Staff were attentive, kind and helpful. My room was warm with a comfortable warm bed. Had a TV, small fridge, desk and chairs, heat pump and shelves in the bedroom. The shared bathroom and toilet is reasonably big for the number of rooms on that floor

It is an amazing facility especially with the recent renovations. Cooking stencils will need some upgrade mainly pots and pans. Showers will need some extra cleaning. Otherwise, everything was great 👍👍👍

Made a last minute decision to attend a concert with my friend and looked for an accommodation that had 2 single beds. This property came up since it was close to the concert venue and we had no idea what to expect since it said it was for backpackers. But we just needed somewhere to sleep since we were from out of town, so we did not really mind what kind of room it was. It was great, so tidy and the room was nice and cool, a/c definitely was helpful because Hamilton was so warm. There were more than enough bathroom and toilet supplies. We did not use the shared kitchen facilities but the kitchen was spacious and clean, had comfy couches and some good reading materials. We lost our room key after the concert in the early hours of Sunday morning, it was somewhere in our wallets. The gentleman was really nice, came and opened our room for us. Easy to find and customer service was great.

There is nothing I could criticize. Just a little suggestion. On a warm day as such, maybe the a/c in those ground floor rooms could be left on before customers check in, just to keep the room in a nice and cool temperature, especially when there are no windows in that room.

Nice clean facilities in excellent convenient location. Friendly staff and very reasonable rates.

Rooms could do with a slight touch up and repaint and maybe new carpet or laminated flooring installed. Other wise the rooms have everything that you need.

I was pleasantly surprised. The Room had everything that I required. It was quiet, very clean and the Bed was very comfortable.

The sign that Threatened a $1200.00 fine and eviction for setting off the Fire alarm - this I understand. However to suggest closing the Bathroom door to prevent steam doing this - seemed a bit strange, cause when the door was closed - there was a gap of at least an inch between the sliding door and the wall to which it is attached. Some Anxious moments spent in the shower........ The placing of the Toilet Roll - one needs to be a contortionist to reach the paper when seated.

Amazing facility, with a big kitchen, big lounge, warm shower, warm bed, and a safe place to stay. I love the fact that it is right in the CBD. Staff were amazing ensuring our comfort and safety.

I found the place to be good value for the money! it has good central location with a bus stop just in front, the staff was friendly, amenities were clean, warm water and with good pressure, kitchen has all you need, and the bed was actually very comfortable. I think it’s a good option if you’re for 1 or 2 nights, only for sleeping :)

My room was warm and comfortable. I've enjoyed cooking in the big kitchen. Had good running water in the shower. The facility is reasonably clean and central to everything.

Need more light at main entrance and going up the stairs. It's too dark around that area. Overall, the facility felt like home away from home. I felt safe and comfortable.👍

Location convenient, great common area facilities as expected. Clean, tidy room with expected facilities. Convenient carparking. Value of money.

Lay out of the bedroom bathroom included. The lounge before the bedrooms and the cleanliness of the lounge. The notices on the walls stating to clean after use and the space in the fridges. Free coffee, tea and sugar

Friendly and very helpful staff. My first time at a Backpacker and I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels but I have to say I felt so relaxed and impressed at this accommodation.
