The staff are what made this place brilliant. So helpful even helped to take bags to car. Always happy to help with any request. Well done for remembering the personal touches

Breakfast was a bit if a joke. Though was good to see gluten free bread. But need knives ! Pretty hard to spread toast with spoon. Plant milk would have been great.

I stay here a lot during the ski season. Clean warm rooms and bedding, dry room for snow gear and a complimentary breakfast before we head up for a big day on the mountain. love that we have an option of a hot bath or shower afterwards to wash off the day, have always found this place very accommodating.

There was a pub attached so that we could have dinner easily. Parking was a challenge. The lodge is in the centre of town so there was a bit of road noise. This is good 👪 accommodation.

The continental breakfast was minimalist, just cereals and milk. The room smelt a little damp.

Standard buffet of cereal, toast & spreads, coffee and tea, very enjoyable. Parking was great. Room was comfy and quiet with a great bath and shower, and a comfortable bed.

There weren't always staff available to assist, they had varying rostered times on, but they were absolutely helpful and friendly when they were there.

Bar Staff, great assett Jess and holly...Welldone.

Not been allowed to enjoy music at all or play pool...but yet was able to play jenga and connect four..! Thats clearly was not covid safe ither, so alittle disappointed in this. Billing was not good, and staff had no idea what they were doing on check out as u was left with a bill that was labelled drinks and not itemised? Yet to be sorted

We didn't end up having breakfast. But we did dine at the attached restaurant the night before and it was excellent.

Bed was a little hard, our room, Room 1 could do with a net curtain on the large front window as when curtains open there is no privacy from the carpark or adjoining road.

I liked the firm beds. While rooms are equipped with only the very basics the reception are helpful. Room was spacious. Heater warmed the space up quickly. Deep bath and good shower pressure.

Window is over the car park so not private. Noise travels from other rooms.

Friendly service, helpful staff, clean facilities. Good drying room. Attached restaurant excellent meals.

Cramped bathroom. Poor shower pressure, noisy fan + launched far too quickly for night time trips to the loo. Breakfast poor if you are running later. Unplugged water heater. No milk left, overflowing bins. Mostly due to unhelpful customers to be fair. 4 way adapter blew if both toasters and water heater were on. Hence no hot water the 2 occasions we breakfasted there.
