Loved the swimming pool facilities very clean food at restaurant was very good bit pricey limited choice breakfast cold did not feel good value for money room was very big having balcony and partial sea view was great shower and space in bathroom was great

Would have liked more milk and choice for drinks in room only got small bottle of water once on arrival and 2 biscuits swimming pool was hard to get in and out of and risk of slipping husband had to assist me to get out Bar menu was limited for late arrival not much options was quite far from local area the main town which made it expensive there was a bus service no map or info provided overall Uber cheaper option $48 to airport so overall expensive to go anywhere.bed was not comfy

Awesome location, within walking distance of the restaurants and bars within Tauranga (the walk itself along the waterfront is beautiful in its own right) and a short drive over the bridge to the mount. Comfortable room with air con and also heated floors in the bathroom. The bed is big and although it is two separate mattresses, it was still comfortable as long as you weren't laying right in the middle where the two mattresses met.

Only thing I didn't like was the weather 😂😉 as we couldn't enjoy the pool as much as we'd have liked with all the rain and clouds present. The view was absolutely stunning from both within and poolside, despite the sky being lined with clouds.

Location is amazing! Views from the deluxe spa room we had was fantastic! Big deck (shared) overlooking the harbour. Bed was comfortable! Room was spacious. Kitchenette had everything we needed. Cookies and water upon arrival was a nice touch!

Some aspects of our room could have been cleaner - there were handprints all over the windows overlooking the water and the frosted bathroom door could have been better cleaned - again, there were visible handprints and marks where previous guests had opened and closed it. The bathroom itself was clean, and the facilities in the room were in good condition. The shower leaked on to the tiles and the floor became very wet and slippery after use of the shower.

The room and hotel are comfortable and in a good location. Very clean and nice bathroom with good water pressure. Loads of parking which is great as it seemed very busy! The bar area is comfy with a variety of seating and the view off the deck is perfect.

I left my phone charger plugged in by the bed and when I called and asked about it they said it was not handed in. It would have been very noticeable when the bed was made with fresh sheets after I checked out. Very disappointed that I could not get my charger back and that whomever found it, thought it was okay to retain it.

Great location, secure free parking, easy check-in, clean modern facilities,The staff are polite and professional and the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was fantastic in both location and menu. We rate it up there with some of the best in Nz.

Ensure whoever has made your booking that they are carrying photo I.D. for checkin , we nearly got caught out as the booking was under a senior business gentleman that doesn't drive long trips and he thought he'd forgotten his license and even though he had multiple other cards etc they still required his photo ID, thank goodness he found it in his phone. The beds were quite small single beds and on the firm/hard side of mattresses...mattress toppers would certainly make a difference.

Nice comfortable room. Lovely bathroom and clean.

Small bottles of toiletries. A lot of places now have the refillable shower gels, shampoos and conditioners in the shower reducing plastic waste to be more environmentally friendly. Needed an earlier check in as heading to a wedding and pick up 2.30 so asked for 1pm check in thinking it was only an hour earlier than normal check in but was told their std check in time is 3pm and had to pay an extra $50 to check in at 1pm.......making it a pretty pricey stay as only a bed for the night following wedding.

Hotel facilities were beautiful - the food, both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff and pol area 5/5.

Rooms were disappointing for the premium and hotel grade star rating. The space in the rooms were huge however no way to the same standard as the rest of the hotel facilities. The rooms I felt are like cheap motel rooms, very old cheap chipped furniture, very old TV's dirty old, stained kettles. and carpets, no plush bed or mattress felt like very old cheap beds, old decor walls and marked skirts needing re-gibbing, papering and or a fresh lick of paint. Nice bathroom - appears to be renovated more recently.

To have been done better was check in. The front counter gentleman with no smile and almost military like giving directions to go down the side and lifts in the left. No thank you for choosing trinity and enjoy your stay. This annoyed me. Luckily the bar staff and restaurant staff we had great friendly service and they just asked if we were ok and needed anything. Front counter guy should look to them how to treat people. Especially the first 60 seconds can set the tone for customers.

The hotel was modern looking and our room had a view over the bay. Pool was nice to cool off and breakfast room/restaurant had a good view over the bay. Easy walking into the CBD with plenty of bars and restaurants. Short drive to the beaches and entertainment at the Mount. Also, good bus service outside the hotel to the mount. Staff were good. Parking on site.

No complaints. Would stay there again if we were ever in Tauranga again.

Loved the location and facilities of the place. The restaurant and the fact it’s right on the water. It is beautiful . Nice bathroom, the heated tiles are a nice feature.

When I paid more for a balcony I was expecting a balcony looking at the water but instead I got a balcony less than 1 foot above the ground , on the ground floor, looking at other apartments and a patch of grass. That would be my only complaint as I wouldn’t have bothered if I knew that’s what it would be.
