The apartment was new, clean and beautiful with great views. It was extremely functional and exactly what we needed.

The pictures of the balcony are strategically taken to not show that there is a big property garden to the left of it, with the lounge and balcony from the property behind directly looking onto the balcony where the table part is so it is extremely invasive/not private if anyone from that property is in their lounge, deck or garden. The property beneath this one also has a balcony that occupants of can then see into the big glass windowed lounge on our level so for most of the trip, we were unable to enjoy the view from the balcony or the lounge due to other people. If you are not bothered about privacy though, it is a beautiful view and no issues.

Wow, what can I say?!!, Kathy was soo welcoming friendly and very helpful, local knowledge is great!. The motel had a lovely feel to it, was extremely clean and comfortable, the four of us enjoyed our stay immensely especially the secure garden , seating area, out our back door. The the location was close to great shopping and eating with the beach a very short walk away, approximately 20m, highly recommend Kathy, the staff AND the motel, will definitely book again! A+++ THANK YOU Kathy.

Absolutely nothing, perfect.

Free kayaks and bike hire were a great bonus especially for the kids. Free laundry was so appreciated! The staff were outstanding. The rooms were beautiful. Bathroom was small and a little dated but lovely. The main bedroom was exceptional, the view was great, backs right onto the lagoon. Close to cafes, short drive to lots of great walks and breweries, literally everything you could need.

Bathroom and kitchen were a bit small but they were so accommodating and extremely clean!

It was a wonderful welcome when we checked in in the evening. Our host took the time to gauge my daughter’s interests and engaged her in conversation about the football and the hot pools :) The place itself has been renovated beautifully. Our family loved the location, made it an easy walk to the Strand with the children. On rainy cold days, we were able to relax with Skytv and the awesome WiFi, and enough space for the four of us to lounge around with the heat pump keeping us cosy. The kitchen was very well equipped, had everything we needed. The bathroom was the same, great water pressure for the showers, handheld too which was good for the children. We had an upstairs one bedroom unit with the main bed in the lounge and two singles in the bedroom. This was a great setup for our family of four. The views to wake up to were lovely also.

Nothing really! No fault of anyone but will mention that you can hear some level of noise from neighbouring units. This was not a disturbance however and everything quietened in the evening :)

I highly recommend the Asure Harbour View Motel for excellent accommodations in a beautiful location. The motel offers stunning views of the harbor and provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It's a must-visit spot for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

The parking is a bit odd and can be challenging to navigate if the Motel is busy

Absolutely loved this accommodation and the owners who were super friendly. There were 9 of us travelling and booked 3 rooms. We all loved our rooms which were very spacious and super clean and modern. I had the room out the front to the left of the office which had a little veranda with seating looking over to the lake. Queen bed in the lounge area with a sofa and table and chairs and another bedroom with 1 single. Tea/coffee/milk supplied, all crockery, toaster, etc in the kitchenette. Another room 1 bedroom was upstairs with a fabulous view of the water and everything you would need. The 3rd room was just off the stairway, a 1 bedroom with queen bed, Kitchenette, sofa or sofa bed, table and chairs, tv. this room has an awesome grassed area out the back door with outdoor setting. I couldn't decide on this room or the 1st room with the veranda as all these rooms were outstanding in every way. There are kayaks you can use in the lake free of charge I think.

There was Absolutely nothing that we didn't like, only that this was the last accommodation in NZ before flying back to OZ after a month being on the road.

It was clean and tidy, the staff was friendly, there was free milk and the location was OK.

A little old, toiletries are not very good, may see personal preference. Although it is convenient to drive to the mountains and the city center, if you can only drive to the city with children, it is very close, but it is difficult to find parking.

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean and tidy. Property very well maintained. Serviced every day. Hosts really friendly and helpful. Great location and nice to be by the Harbour Kitchen well equipped.. Full size Fridge freezer. Linen good quality. Handy to everything.

Not a biggie but if on ground floor you can hear movement from upstairs accomodation.

The location is fabulous, just a short walk to the main restaurant area, and the beach right on your doorstep. The beds were big and comfy and the aircon worked well.

Note that if you stay in a downstairs room you will have noise from your upstairs neighbours. Try to book upstairs if this bothers you.

The location was wonderful as it was in a residential tranquil area but still close to supermarkets, restaurants, beach area, city centre and attractions.

Small problem with others hearing when you are walking about but this problem is currently being accessed for solutions. We could hear noise from other guests but nothing that worried us as all was quiet at bed time.
