The room was great with amazing views. We were lucky enough to be upgraded. Pool was neat as it hung over the road, and you could see through it. Loved the gym as well. Close to town so we could walk most places.

We were there 4 nights, and our room was not cleaned once. The cleaner came on day 4, but we asked him to come back as we were still getting ready - he did not come back, very disappointing. Tiolet seat was not comfortable, and tiolet paper was rubbish. This needs to be upgraded.

The location: very easy to get to from the airport by express bus (10 NZ dollars in either cash or contact less payment) which stops at the end of the road; within walking distance of all major attractions (eg National Museum only 10 minutes on foot); lots of restaurants in area, as well as a supermarket. The staff were exceptionally helpful, polite and welcoming. They dealt with all my queries efficiently and effectively. The apartment was very well equipped and decorated, even down to a washer/dryer with powder provided. It was super comfy, especially the bed, and spotlessly clean. There was a very small gym and pool.

On two nights, I was woken by inconsiderate other residents. On one, they were singing at 2am!

Great location (only a few blocks from Te Papa and heaps of shops nearby - even a supermarket within an easy walk). The beds were nice and firm (which we liked). Kitchen was very usable and there was a good amount of space for a family of 4. Bathroom was nicely laid out with good amenities and there was even a washer/dryer combo.

Couches were not great, we found them quite uncomfortable. The bedroom near the window facing the road got a bit of road noise, including the rubbish truck that went past at 5am EVERY MORNING! The gym is very small and a lot of the equipment was rusted. We ended up not bothering with it and went walking everywhere instead. The pool is small but looks out over the street so was novelty for the kids.

We loved the location, handy to the areas we wanted to go to.

1. Washing machine or drier not working. I was told this after I asked the next day. It was meant to have been removed prior. 2. Stove and oven took ages to sort how to use it. 3. The stove top air vent not working 4. Asked for room to be cleaned, we had put the tag thing on the door. That evening when we arrived back nothing was done. Reminded them, someone came up to bring fresh towels etc and empty rubbish. 5. On the evening we arrived the room smelt musty. We went out left the little porch door open to air the room. Brought back deodorizer, smelt much better after the airing and deodorizer used the whole 4 days we were there. Never thought to take photos of the room. We actually liked the room regardless of the above occurring.

There was a breakfast option which we did not use, perfect location being central walking distance but also public transport available, underground parking available at an extra cost but well worth it, astonished of the hotel room shower and bath normal size fridge freezer and kitchen, beautiful view of the city and our room sat under the floating indoor heated swimming pool which my daughter absolutely loved, gym also available and the staff a very friendly and kind, hotel is very clean and tidy we will definitely be back especially with how low the cost was, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, ty Tory and staff for having us :)

We had no issues at all

The staff was great and very helpful. They took care of our room and the couple problems we had as best and as quickly as they could.

The rooms could use some more outlets for us. We ended up having extension cords in awkward positions in order to use our devices where we wanted to. Our first room was missing the washing machine, so we were transferred to another room. Later there was work done on the WiFi equipment and my husband had problems for 2 days using the Internet until a technician came and found the problem. The staff was very helpful, just the building could use some more attention from the owners.

We were booked into Suite 1 & 2 on L9. We got into Wellington very early in the morning but it was no problem to drop bags off while we went into the city for business. We also managed to get into the suites at least an hour earlier than check in which was very much appreciated. The service is excellent, staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. The central location was perfect for getting to the meetings we had to go to.

In Suite one, which is huge, there was no lounge suite. Just 2 small, uncomfortable chairs which we found really weird and not very conducive to relaxing. A couch would have been great. In Suite 2, the lack of heating in the Master was noticeable particularly as it was a chilly evening. There were extra blankets, but it was still quite cold. An electric blanket on the bed, at least, would have been appreciated.

Arrived early needing to store bags before official 3pm check in. I had to travel to Wellington from South Island so my straight away my initial stressor was solved. Turns out the room was ready he allocated my requested high room due to needing stay several nights for surgery. I would love to have used the pool for the novelty of swimming in a glass floor pool 9 stories high above the city. I was allowed late check out at no cost as my daughter needed extra time to recover. Everything extremely clean. Kitchen, beds, living room and bathroom all well stocked with hotel neccessaties. Location perfect. Te papa at the end of the road. Junctions with Courtney place and Cuba Street. . Why bother staying anywhere else in Wellington? Stop scrolling and book here. City view is worth the extra. Yes this review is genuine.

Nothing.

The room was lovely and the location great. The staff member we dealt with was amazing. We had several requests for parking, dropping bags off early and leaving the car in the car park for a while after checking out and the response was always positive and we were made to feel like nothing was a problem. I’d highly recommend it to anyone.

The only slight negative is the lack of glasses provided. We were celebrating a special occasion and there were only 2 sparkling wine glasses. Not a big deal but would have been nice to have one each when the room sleeps 4 adults.

Location - very close to town and waterfront. Room is good as it's didn't really hear anything during the night. I had a balcony room so when doors were opened you could hear the street noise.

Check-in - flight arrived late and I did make it clear of the hours I will be arriving at the hotel. When I arrived I pushed the buzzer but no response lucky I had one of the other people staying in the hotel to swipe me into the building. I had $10 credit on my phone to call receptionists number 4 times until the credit ran out. Luckily enough he woke up and called me and came down disappointing arriving that time of night and nothing's open.
