We liked the water park, the bedroom and the view. We also appreciated the starters at the restaurant (serve as unity) The entertainment staff was very nice and we enjoyed the aqua gym

The coffee at the restaurant was really bad. The information provided by the reception staff was never really accurate. The sofa bed in the bedroom was really uncomfortable for adults.

I like how it catered to kids and the fact that they changed the choice of food everyday, the food was alright but nothing a bit of salt, pepper and tobasco sauce can’t sort! The beach was very local! literal walking distance, 5 minutes at most! (my daughter is a slow walker, so it could be quicker). Staff were attentive! Very family friendly. There was a Lidl a 5 minute drive away!

the kids show is quite late, but I mean it’s the holidays, routine out the window!! 45 minutes from the airport.

We liked that there were two different pool areas, the kids club and entertainment. The room was comfortable and cleaned regularly. The food and drinks were good. The location was close to a few beaches and easy to get a bus into albufeira for the day and walk along coast into armacao de pera. Overall happy with our stay.

About three days in there was an influx of people staying as there must have been a football tournament locally. The place was suddenly far too busy and very loud, chanting football songs and sometimes causing obstruction to pathways with their large groups. They had brought their own sound systems and were playing music late into the night. This is meant to be a family friendly hotel and it suddenly didn't feel it. Fortunately they were only staying a few nights.

Excellent hotel for anyone travelling with children. Food was fine with lots of choices. Two restaurants, we particularly liked the outdoor restaurant. Our kids really enjoyed the Kids Club (aged 6 and 5). Everywhere in hotel exceptionally clean. Staff very attentive and friendly.

Would have liked more information about the local area for example the local beaches and how to get to them, the nearest supermarket as well as the local Tourist Train and bus timetables but having said that the Reception Staff were brilliant, they loaned us a 'lost property' pushchair as we had forgotten ours and also met our request for travel cot within half an hour. Was a busy check-in but probably due to a lot of simoultaneous flight arrivals on a Monday afternoon :)

the place is located perfectly, centrally and many beaches/caves are reachable within 30 minutes car ride. there is a lot of food/drinks available throughout the day. staff is friendly and willing to to their best to serve you. its a great place for families.

please add allergy information to the foods, this is a big miss for people with for example lactose-intolerance or nut-allergy. quality of food is not what i used to get at a 4-star hotel. and the daily menu is more/less the same. make it more local/Portuguese-traditional. some things about the rooms: single beds-only, no soap-bar renewals, bad WIFI(only works at reception), no sound-proofing(you can hear your neighbors very easily opening/closing their cabinets), payed lockers.

You get what you pay for, all inclusive will rarely give you the top quality of everything but you mainly pay for convenience. So as long as you don't expect Michelin star restaurant, you will be happy there. Food is decent and the choice is great! Staff is helpful

everything was good. but felt unsafe on the 4th floor kids park. i felt there should have been safety fencing as walls were low .

pillows were hard and caused a bad nights sleep. and should be small ice creams for kiddies at the to pool bars .if u want icecream u had to go to snack bar.

The slides and the splash pool for the little ones. The hotel is well geared for families. Good choice of food on buffets and food Available 24/7.

Hotel isn't good about providing information in reference to entertainment and we found things out as we went along, meaning we missed out on things.

breakfast is excellent .variety of choices and well cooked plenty of them available all the time pool is full all the time inside and outside are very clean and towels are available and bar is excellent . rooms are large enough and clean. Ac working well and beautiful view. every day morning cleaners available and plenty of towels in the bathroom.

beach is bit far. i don't think i didn't like any think . i am very happy . worth for the money. i highly recommended and i am going again.
