Beautiful beaches in the area, calm location for a chill holiday. Great food, beyond expectation based on the previous reviews. Good variety of drinks included with dinner and breakfast. Very spacious apartment, good facilities.

The buildings are noisy because the walls are not well insulated. The lack of soap and basic products in the bathroom. The frequency of cleaning should be improved.

Very clean, looked after close to the beach but noisy!! There was supposed to be quite time after 11.00pm but unfortunately some guests were not respectful to others and kept banging doors and behaving noisy, talking etc, not a place if you want a quiet, relaxing evenings

Noise— also rubbish collection in the middle of the night or early morning! Far too noisy! Our appointment was right by the road and close to reception building.. FAR TOo noisy, not relaxing in the evening at all, didn’t mind the entertainment, music etc till even midnight but, after that, banging doors, screaming kids wasn’t my idea of relaxing holiday. Apart from that, really nice place

Good location, very close to lovely beaches. Rooms were clean and quite roomy. staff were helpful with booking taxis and trips. Food was decent (standard pizza, chips, salads, veg ect..

The evening entertainment wasn’t much/non existent. The bar area is quite small so can be hard to find a table if a bigger group- drinks stop at 11 and then it closes down completely (you cannot sit or stay in any later). €10 deposit for the air con remote was annoying, as we had to go without air con the night before as we were checking out before the opening times of the hotel. The pool area opens at 9-which means lots of queues outside this and never opened on time-can be hard to get a sun bed if not on the queue.

This place looks good, better than other place I have stayed in Algarve. Close to the beach about 10 minutes walk. It has a bit bigger swimming pool with slides, arcade, restaurants but you have to pay 52.50 eur per adult(this is for one day fee it includes food and access to everything it has) adult and 50 percent off for kids. The grocery shopping called Intermarche is about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the reception about 5 eur with a taxi. The intermarche has a great selection of fresh vegetables and fruits. It has a section for fresh fish and a butcher so you don't really have to worry. It also has a swimming pool with free access, it has a small and big pool with a sea view. It also has a little nice playground for the kids. It has a good electric hob.

The reception telephone never picked up the call from the apartment. The walk to the apartment from the reception was far. This place caters for Be live and Be Smart so during the busy times it is quiet busy if you have children or you came from a long flight it will absolutely gives you discomfort including the walk you have to do if the room they have for you is about 2.5 km walk from the reception.

I needed a few days on my own just to rest and found this listing. I was very pleased that it did actually offer a single person rate. The rooms are spacious and it was very nice to use the pool. The staff were fine with me having a swim a bit after the time of checkout. There is a bus stop not far from the hotel if you do not have a car. Nice views out onto the horizon and sea aa bit further off. Nearest beach Nossa Senhora da Rocha. In peak season this area could be very busy. In April it was fine. Nice to walk along the coast not far from here .... Thanks to the staff for being accommodating.

The plugs in the kitchen are not always in the best place and it is not easy to pull plug out of socket sometimes. You do get a bit of noise from upstairs as they building could have better insulation between the floors but this is not a major problem. Just when people return late evening. No disturbances at night.

The restaurant was very good. Breakfast choice was good. Dinner choice was excellent with a wide variety of food that was very tasty.

I didn't particularly care for the fact the rooms were cleaned every 2 days. Sometimes if you just wanted a lay in after a late night it was frustrating when you got cleaners knocking on and opening the door, especially when we didn't have a "Do not Disturb' hanging note for the door handle.

It was ok. The entertainment in the cafe/bar was good. I liked the guy playing sax and guitar. He was good. The bar staff were pleasant.

Originally given a top floor room. I didn’t realise there were no lifts (my fault). I was moved to the ground floor and it seemed that the cleaners used the space outside the room to leave all the dirty linen. The cleaner only came and did my room once while I was there, and then only because I complained.

Location was perfect for access to beaches. The apartment was spacious and very clean, Towels changed every 2 days , comfy beds Spacious balcony with big table & chairs Air con worked perfectly Pool bar was good value Americano coffee €1.50 Cocktails €6.50 Lords Bar has live music or DJ most nights Beautiful walk along the cliffs to Armaceo de pera where there is lots of restaurants and we got an Uber home there were 5 of us 8€ If 4 or less 5€

In the second bathroom with the stand alone shower it had a long shower curtain that blocked the plug

We loved the view from our terrace. Food was ok, very good value for money. Apartment was big, spacious, with equipped kitchen, well prepared and very comfortable for our family. Reception helped in ogarnizing the transport from the train station and then to the airport. Swimming pool was ok, enough sunbeds. Hotel is close to the señora Rocha beach, which is ok, but maybe not the nicest one. We could easily reach nearby beaches, more beautiful from our point of view.

Nice and clean , Lovely pool. Very close to the Beach. Very nice cleaning staff and the folks at Reception were always very helpful. Family friendly.

The walls are paper thin, we had a crowd of young men next door behaving like animals and we could hear everything all night. The area itself is not great, very poor selection of Restaurants and no shops in the area. No vending machines for water etc. It's about a 10 min walk to the store to get water. There's a little train that everyone should get outside Reception for €4 that will bring you to the main Touristy area so you can get your bearings (And find much better restaurants)
