Our room (no.4) was ideal, spacious with a large balcony area including sun beds, table and chairs, which also had it’s own steps down to the pool area. A large walk-in shower was great. Snacks were available to purchase near the breakfast terrace, including water and other beverages.

Breakfast was nice with some choice, but not particularly varied over a week. It would be nice to access the room via the door in balcony area with a key, but this wasn’t an issue for us.

It had the look and feel of a luxury resort for a great price. We were very surprised at the size of our room and the beautiful private balcony with stairs leading to the pool area. The room was spacious and immaculate. We were met by a wonderful host who made us feel very welcome. There was coffee, wines, sodas, etc in the shared patio for purchase. We did not use the pool but it looked to be a wonderful place to relax. Again, it was so clean and tidy. The bathroom was large and modern. The room had a fridge. To get to the hotel, there was a gate which gave us privacy and security. Upon arrival you will get a remote to activate the gate. The driveway was recently paved. The area was beautiful and picturesque. It is off the main road so it is quiet. You are less than 5 minutes from the beachy areas and restaurants but it feels like you are in the country. Very nice buffet style breakfast with delicious juices, breakfast cake, and unique jellies.

The only negative was the spiral staircase going to the room. If you have a large suitcase, that may be awkward. Also parking was a little confusing as there was a tree you have to maneuver around and there were no lines to indicate the orientation you had to park, but not a huge issue.

Very nice location (if you travel by car, you park right by the door) close to Praia da Marinha, peaceful and beautiful place, spacious room and bathroom, fresh breakfast. The staff were helpful, relaxing atmosphere.

Wi-fi was a bit poor sometimes and got some smell from the drains if we didn't close them, but it didn't disturb our stay. We didn't have access to the kitchen in the afternoon/evening, so if we needed a knife or spoon to make a sandwich we had to ask for it earlier.

The room that i booked had a mini Kitchen which was good because i was able to cook my own food since i was there for 5 days. It also has a pool that has heated water for the colder months. The main gate was automated. The Staff were very friendly, nice and easy to ask for any information that you need. They also answer your questions very fast. Super nice views everywhere.

Well it is not actually a con but you will need a rental car when you book this property. Having a rental car is actually good since you can visit all the beautiful beaches near the property. The Breakfast is the same everyday but hey its included in the price. :)

Clean, peaceful and quiet place for people wanting to relax in silence. Very good breakfast, drinks and snakcs available 24/7 on a self service bar. Cozy swimming pool with comfy beds, very nice interior and rooms with a/c (heating was little necessary during cold nights on March). I find this place as an model example how to host guests. Location is literally couple of minutes driving from most popular cliffs. You hear only palm tree leaves whispering on wind. Heated swimming pool!

This is a great little hotel near Benagil. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was a must because it was very hot while we were there and the pool was nice as well. The breakfast in the morning is included which is great so that we didn't have to drive somewhere to get breakfast. The hotel was very quiet which we both really liked because it is usually hard for us to sleep at hotels.

It is a beautiful hotel that feels like a big house. The room was very nice, cosy and comfortable, with a view to a nice swimming pool. Everything is very clean and well taken care of. The water in the pool is warmed up and the beds outside the pool very relaxing. It's a great place, very peaceful and in a nice location. The breakfast is also very good. We had a great time there and I highly recommend it!

If I have to be very picky some vegetables for breakfast would be great, (i.e. tomatoes, cucumbers or lettuce) as an addition to sandwiches :) Also some drinking water in the room would be nice.

The location, breakfast, and value were great. The staff was accommodating. The free/safe parking was a nice addition.

I think we were in room #7 - the screen to keep the bugs out was torn so that mosquitos got into the room when the window was open. Maybe repair this?? Also, because we arranged an 8:00 kayak tour which didn't finish until 10:00, we nearly missed breakfast. Happily, the staff made sure we got something to eat.

Very good location, in a quiet area and really close to Benagil and Marina Beach (5 min by car). Breakfast was amazing and the personnel was very kind. The room was quite large and very clean. We stayed 6 nights and we felt like home :). All in all, very good quality services. We strongly recommend it.

Property is gorgeous, such a nice room and surrounding grounds are lovely! Staff were friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious

I think the location of the property isn’t the best as we couldn’t hire a car due to going to a festival but if you’re just after a nice quiet stay out the way this is perfect.
