We love it here! We were here for the first time in july 2023 and loved it so much (both the city and the hotel) that we just came back in summer 2024. When we travel, we are out and about a lot of the time, so we don't need stuff like a pool, sauna etc. Here you pay for what you really need if you travel like us: a comfortable, clean room and decent breakfast. The rooms are spacious enough, have a fridge and aircondition. The cleaning is perfect, always nice to come back to a made up bed and fresh towels. Breakfast is very nice, gets refilled up until the very last minute and staff is very friendly when asked for help. If you don't know your way around Porto, it may seem a bit further, but their subway system is so nice and the hotel is right next to a stop on a very useful line to the center. In short, whenever we come back to Porto, we will be back!

If I have to find something, I would like breakfast up untill 11am instead of 10.30am, but that is personal!

The hotel was one of the cleanest we've been in. It was spotless and modern inside.. The breakfast although continental had a good selection of cereals, yogurt, fruit, bread and pastries. There was also ham, cheese and bacon, scrambled egg and sausage if you wanted something hot. The bedrooms were cleaned every day and the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Pedro who tried explaining to us how to use the metro ticket machine. We conquered it in the end. We had also requested a quiet bedroom and we were given one at the back so we didn't hear the traffic. The hotel also arranged a taxi to bring us to and from the airport for €20 each way. They also kept our luggage for us until we were ready to leave. I would definitely stay here again.

It was at least a 30 min walk from the city centre but if you know how to use the metro ( which is a few mins walk away), then it's an ideal place to stay.

Very conveniently located about 15 min. taxi ride from both Sao Bento and Campanha railway stations (we were travelling on by train). Friendly, helpful staff. Well-equipped, modern and spotlessly clean rooms. Decent buffet breakfast (which even included scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage). Definitely a hotel I'd return to again.

Our first stay (4-5 June) was in a room on the 5th floor, in the front of the hotel. We live in a very quiet rural location and found the traffic noise and periodic police/ambulance/fire engine sirens very intrusive. When we returned on 8-9 June, we got a room in the rear of the hotel, on the 3rd floor. This was very quiet & peaceful. If you stay here & are a light sleeper, I recommend you do the same.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Staff is super friendly, rooms are cleaned daily and thoroughly. The small fridge in the room is a nice plus during hot days, to store drinks and stuff like chocolate. Mind, it is empty when you arrive, but drinks are available at the reception. Breakfast was certainly worth it, it basically saved us lunch every day and gave us more time to explore Porto! On the map, the hotel seems a bit out of the 'center' of Porto if you don't know the environment, but the public transport is so close by and is so comfortable that we never even used an Uber, which we were planning on doing. The hotel is ideal for people like us, who only need a clean, comfortable place to sleep and a breakfast to get us going in the morning.

No major problems or shortcomings. If anything, it would be nice if breakfast was served a bit longer and if it would differ a bit more from day to day. But overall, no complaints!

What was most impressive to me was the immediate attention that was given to an unexpected situation. My son got sick on the trip & Piedro, the night concierge, responded with help, information and support.

We didn't like that Booking.com offered free airport transfers but the hotel said we would have to pay for them. That was confusing, so we used the Porto taxi service app. called Bolt for our four airport transfers.

This is a really nice unflashy place to stay. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Reception staff were excellent. The room, typically for city hotels is adequate in size, but is smart and comfortable, with excellent towels and linen and a quality bed. Storage is good for 2 people. Bathroom had a 1st class shower. Cleaning standards were good. The included breakfast was good, with a wide range of items for all tastes. The hot meat items could have been better, but that might be our taste. Coffee is available at all times in reception for 1 euro. Hotel is 5 mins from Metro station and since Porto is very hilly the Metro is a relief at the end of a long day walking. Its about a 15min walk into the main city centre. Motorcycle specific items. The hotel doesn't have car park. On-street parking is chargeable except weekends. We noticed many bikes parked on the wide pavement and did likewise and had no issues. By chance, the next main road parallel to the hotel has 8 motorcycle dealers on it of all the main brands.

Rooms overlooking the main road can suffer from traffic noise. Rooms on the back have no view, but are quiet. Hotel seemed popular with walkers and middle age tourists, all who seem to want breakfast at the same time, so the small public area fills up. Just time yourself to eat before or after the rush. Restaurant choices close by the hotel are limited.

What a lovely hotel! The welcome was friendly, my room was a good size and very clean with a beautiful powerful shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was tasty with a good choice of different items. Location is good only a few minutes walk from a metro station and about 25 minutes walk to the city centre and riverfront. Overall very good value for a short stay in Porto

For me personally the bed mattress was a bit hard and soundproofing between rooms could be better, I could hear all the conversation of the couple in the room next to me but these things wouldn't stop me from staying here again

Immaculately clean rooms. Fresh towels daily. Spacious room. Very comfy bed. Lots of storage. Powerful shower. Quiet location. Amazing value stay.

The hotel was very clean, staff welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast available had a good choice for everyone. The rooms well furnished and very comfortable beds.

The water at times was just about warm enough for a pleasant shower. The hotel is a considered walk from the main city centre restaurants and the river. The hotel is situated in a rather shabby area, not too pleasant at night time.

Lovely breakfast with a good range of cooked foods, continental, pastries, cakes, coffee, and fruit. Nice, clean hotel with very helpful staff, who helped us with some difficulty with a taxi. 24-hour reception so we were able to check in early hours of the morning, and we were able to leave our bag behind reception for a few hours after checking out - thank you!

The hotel is quite a walk from Ribeira, but you can get the metro if you prefer not to walk.
