I would like to commend the reception staff specially Ms. Gharam for her attention to detail and a very nice welcoming. all staff made sure that my room well-stocked, and they were always happy to provide me with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Overall, I was very impressed with the service I received at the Fairmont Hotel reception. The staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. They made me feel welcome and at home, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. Perfection. From the moment I walked in till I left, everything was perfect, even the reception staff, everything was tailor-made for you. The room service was very quick. The cleanness and smell of the room are extraordinary and refreshing. I was also lucky to have been met by Gharam at the reception. Her smile and eagerness to help and serve were exceptional. She even upgraded me to a suite that was out of this world. I walked into the hotel very tired, and by the time I reached my room after 4 minutes (thats how long i had to wait before i was given my room keys), the tiredness had evaporated that was undone by her smile and her pleasent self.

Gharam masala was so Kind to me.She told she comes from land of the Nafal titi, Cleopatra and The Great River Nile. The Hotel in Very Nice atmosphere,I liked your Breakfast.The Room big Clean. The staff were very friendly and Kind.I will Book again in my Next visit.

Amazing room in a superb location. Deependra at the reception ensured a smooth check-in; Gharam was too kind during check-out. Teddy helped us with the bags with a smile and Avinash provided us with towels and water whenever we requested in the middle of the night. The staff was accommodating to the presence of the baby.

The bathroom sink clogged couple of times but the maintenance staff fixed it right away.

The hotel location is wonderful and room was very nice , relaxing and clean with beautiful design and elegant tast. Since the first moment on reception I find very welcoming (Gharam) , very professional and smily receptionist. She did her best to make us happy in our wonderful stay. For sure we will come back again.

everything from location, comfort, facilities inside the hotel (gym, spa, restaurant and bar) are amazing. Staff are overly friendly and helpful and made sure my first stay in Dubai in over 13 years was a delight (big thank you to Gharam for the generous unsolicited upgrade with amazing views on Science museum and Mitali and Jacqueline for extending my checkout time which allows me to enjoys my last hours in Dubai)

I had a very wonderful stay in Fairmont everything about this hotel is simply amazing , the room is big and the facilities inside the room is great, the cleaning is super, the staff service is incredible and here I would like to take a moment to deliver a special thanks to Mr. Yousef in the front desk for his wonderful service this guy is simply amazing smiling all the time and always helpful and welcoming no matter how many times I bother him with requests and questions , I enjoyed the stay a lot me and my family thanks to Fairmont and their wonderful staff ❤️
