Hotel was modern, rooms spacious and staff friendly. It is only 5 min from the metro so it was easy to get to central Barcelona. The fridge in the room was handy to store our own bits of food and drinks in as we opted out of the breakfast.

The rooms weren't very soundproof and we could hear people in the room next to us quite well when trying to sleep or people moving furniture above us. Although you can order drinks in the lobby by pressing a button, there is no actual bar which was something we missed. A kettle in the room would've been a nice additional touch but maybe that's a UK thing.

Excellent location, 10 minutes by walk to Sants Barcelona Train Station and Metro stop. It had a small neighborhood feel with cafes, restaurants and local grocers. It was far enough away from the loud tourist sections but close enough to enjoy without a long commute. The room was nice and quiet, and we were happy with all the outlets to connect our devices. Staff was helpful, friendly and efficient.

We wish the breakfast buffet was more affordable, but were happy to get breakfast at the nearby cafes.

The position of the hotel is very good, perfect and safe environment but far away from the city center and all happenings. Taxi is not cheap or depends on which taxi you take, with the bus it takes long time like 1 h at least one way and metro could happen not to work all days and is not safe to be alone in early in the morning or during the night.

They didn’t want to change the unit of 500 Eu to the smaler amounts. They send me to the bank, bank send me to the exchange office and the exchange office send me back to the bank. At hotel they didn’want to help me eather and I couldn’t use it anywhere. Not either in the boutiques it was accepted so I couldn’t use the money practically.

We were in a Junior suite, which was on the highest floor and had its own private penthouse style terrasse. The inviting terrasse is large, clean, has a retractable sunshade, and very comfortable outdoor furniture that includes lounge chairs and a seating area and low table, along with nice plants. The bedroom has a gorgeous large picture window looking out onto the terrasse that lets in a ton of light. The bathroom was extremely spacious and the entire suite was spotless. Room service was excellent and a good value. Lots of electrical outlets to charge electronic devices, and good lighting throughout. Excellent king size bed with comfy linens. The parking lot under the hotel was a blessing (one must reserve it separately as it’s run by a separate company).

The pleasant and professional staff at front desk didn’t answer the phone as promptly as one could hope, but once They eventually would answer, our requests were promptly attended to.

Very modern, clean, respectful staff, close to stations. Everything you need!

The breakfast is EXCEPTIONAL. I am gluten intolerant and vegetarian and I left stuffed! I kid you not there is so much wonderful, attractive and exciting choice. And surprise alert: the carrot juice was awesome - better than orange juice. I am a convert now! The rooms have a fridge AND a proper cupboard. Excellent shower in the bathroom. The staff was SO accommodating. They really helped me print off my boarding pass - and their English was excellent. There is a really good pavement restaurant el Caserole that serves Galician food (I know!). Reasonably priced and delicious - try the sepia (cuttlefish) and the seafood soup. The beer is served in iced glasses. So good! There is a taxi rank outside and any number of taxis to flag down on the main road outside

There was no black tea in the room only fruity versions. But, unusually for a European hotel, there was a British jug kettle as well as a coffee making machine. The wi-fi was seamless

It was our second time to Barcelona and we are aware of the area, which is OK as a base to explore the city and close to the train station. We were offered an early check-in which was very kind of the staff. The room was clean and comfy, but we expected it to be more spacious as in other NH Hotels.

It was over-priced for the services. 160€ per night without breakfast!!!. That was a common fact for many hotels in Barcelona though. In our previous stay in the city, 4 years ago, before Covid era, we had paid half of the price.

It was a good hotel, in a nice neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants that was busy and felt safe. The metro was only a 5 minute walk away and the train station was a 20 minute walk. The staff were friendly and when our shower broke in the evening, they had it fixed next morning.

The breakfast was a little basic I thought, and the food was a little lacking in variety.

The hotel was located close to the camp nou stadium and main Sants station . Whilst some distance from the main sights and harbour /beach these are readily accessible by the metro or bus service. The hotel was clean and had efficient staff. The rooms were large and well decorated . We got a late deal so excellent value for a city hotel . There are many bars and restaurants adjacent , as well as shops and supermarkets for any provisions .

Whilst the room had a mini bar, there appeared to be no provision to make a hot drink, which for such a hotel this was expected.

- The hotel is beautiful in its range of 4-star hotels. The decoration of the room is very modern and minimalism. - The bathroom is beautiful, bright, and very clean (I am kind of a person who cares a lot about the the cleanliness of the bathroom when booking a hotel room, and this meets my expectations) - The shower gel, shampoo, hand wash gel smell really great. - The breakfast has a good range of options, not too much/too little, even though I would wish if there were any hot dishes, but I think we couldn’t expect this unless we were in Asia. - The reception guy was very friendly and helpful. When I got problem with credit card payment, he was patient and showed no signs of complaints. - The location is pretty good. The 2 metro stations are like 5-6 min walk, which is will connect you to most tourist attractions in the city.

- Due to Corona, we still have buffet breakfast with the assistance from the hotel’s staffs. However, it seems that the hotel lacks of staffs to serve the breakfast. Sometimes it just got very busy and they were all rushing to serve us. I felt bad for asking them for more things because they seems to be tired and had to run around. - If you like a hotel with a good view then this one is not really a good choice (which is not my main priority for this trip)
