Was in the area for a show at The Carolina Theater. Hotel was an easy 5-10 minute car ride away over mostly residential streets ~ no need to get back on busy roads/highway. Situated across the street from hotel was Kickback Jack's restaurant/sports bar. Walked over for a quick meal before heading to the show which was a real convenience (good food too ~ check out their daily drink specials!). The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet (our top 3 requirements). Good breakfast selection and coffee available all day in the lobby. Upon arrival there were trays of freshly baked cookies as well. Will stay there again the next time we are in the area for a show.

Our room was exceptional. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very large, well laid out and even though we had two large windows facing the interstate hwy, it was extremely quiet. Breakfast was great. Hot and lot's of variety. Plenty of coffee! We were there for a show at the Performing arts center which was just 2 miles away. Great location and a decent restaurant/sports bar right across the street.

Maybe a couple of extra towels and wash cloths would be nice as there were 3 of us in a large suite. There were serious computer problems when we checked in and staff struggled with that and the room key printer wasn't working. The staff did the best they could and remained friendly and accommodating as possible. There was a unexpected charge on our bill when we checked out which required a followup call to the hotel manager who assured us the card would be refunded.

The breakfasts at this facility are exceptional. Eggs,( scrambled, omlets,) boiled eggs, great muffins, bagels, or bread for toast. Sausage or bacon, waffles, fruit, yogurt. Take your pick.

We stay at this facility frequently. I am a Hilton Honors member. The price was about $40 higher than normal--even as listed on Booking.com--because of a festival in Raleigh. Feel the Hilton Honors should mean something

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is a stocked bar for beer and wine and food when open.

Charging for coffee in the mornings is a bit of a disappointment and not having coffee readily available is also inconvenient.

Safe, clean. and honest staff. My child left their wallet w lots of cash (just had a birthday, so over $100) and housekeeping took it to the front desk who called me right away (about an hour after we checked out). They kept it safely locked away until we came back for it.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I also loved the complimentary coffee and cookies in the lobby.

There was nothing I disliked. It was great.

Everything was exemplary. Tim and his team were top notch. The breakfast was very good and much to choose from. The rooms were clean and spacious. I can not say enough about the excellent customer service team. They went above and beyond for our large party, ages 13-90!

Malcolm was incredibly professional, extremely welcoming, and provided exceptional service. As someone who works in customer service, this was greatly appreciated. I couldn't believe it was only his 3rd day. You couldn't have a better person representing the company.

Absolutely nothing. It was the perfect stay and we will be back!

Pool was under maintenance and it was not mentioned on the website. It was a big bummer for my kids. They were really excited for pool. But ended up doing no pool activity.

I was traveling with grandchildren. When we got there the pool was out of service. I had promised them a pool, so I book a different hotel. We actually never stepped foot in the room. The manager refunded my payment without any hassle. I appreciated that and will book in the future.
