Best Western is a nice hotel and helped me find a place to stay during my visit to the United States on a controlled budget. It offers the basics of comfortable beds, A/C and TV Cable. The WiFi was also very good and had no issues with using it. The size of the hotel rooms make it very cozy and the location is quite convenient when getting around South Shore. Staff members were helpful in keeping luggage before check-in times are available.

In terms of style, the interiors to the rooms do feel a bit dim and the colour of most corridors are quite bland. I've visited the hotel a couple of times and realized that the atmosphere does tend to be a little bit dull when coming back at night from a long trip. Some of the interiors look like they are aging and I think a bit of refursbishment would be nice on the corridors of the hotel.

Hi, It is very nice area and great place to stay. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. They have great shower, you don’t have to wait for water to get to the right temperature. Nice breakfast area always can find something.

PS on 4th and 5th of July - breakfast area - if eggs were gone - never were added more to the pot, like on other days - sounds like it depends who is on charge there.

Breakfast was fine, but not fond of paper plates and plastic utensils. Was close to So. Shore Rehab & Care Center where I came to visit my older sister.

Darkening curtains, which need as close to road were hard to figure out. Guy who came to room to show where it was, was prompt and helpful. No magnifying mirror attached to wall

The woman who took care of the breakfast was very accommodating. I'm diabetic and she had options out back for people who needed low sugar options.

There was no shampoo, conditioner or soap for the shower in the room. There was a sign in the bathroom saying if you wanted it, you had to call for it. We had an accessible room. It unfortunately was across from the staff closet. We were awakened at 5:30 in the morning by staff going in and out with carts, etc.

The young man at the desk, Brandon, checked us in. Very nice. We got to our room the toilet was running and needed attention. We were exhausted from traveling…he immediately moved us to another room. The room was great…the beds were SO comfy, Lovely bedding and lots of pillows!! 👍👍 Morning coffee was great, as was the complimentary breakfast!

people were very friendly and helpful…Upon checking in Beatrice and Jon were very nice and accommodated us by assigning a conveniently located room after noticing my wife had some difficulty walking….went that little extra that made our stay enjoyable!

The only slightly negative maybe the morning breakfast food quality…but everything was clean and well stocked .

The location cannot be beat for our needs (highway, airport, family nearby) The breakfast includes a variety of gluten free items, and a good variety of mainstream foods, all included in nightly rates (See Rose; she’s terrific!)

The building is getting a little aged, but heck, it works!

The Continental breakfast was good. Coffee was good. The location is great if you need to visit the South Shore but want to be close to Boston. Highway access is right down the street.

The main lobby and breakfast area was very clean but it’s a bit dated.

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

I love the location. It’s close enough to work and also very quiet for being on a busy street.
