The free shuttle service was very important for me as I didnt have a car. Staff members were very helpful and good,safe drivers. The facility was undergoing repairs and that was a little distracting due to noise. But overall, not a problem. I thought the lodge was fine, enjoyed two meals there during my stay and thought the lodge's gift store was fine. Appreciated the coffee bar in the lobby. The shower/bathroom was fine and the bed and pillows were comfortable

The room was lovely, spacious, clean, and of fantastic quality. We loved the atmosphere and decor. The lobby was bright and beautiful and so inviting. The gym had everything we needed and the indoor pool and sauna were so delightful. But what I really enjoyed was the outdoor hot tub, walking trails and fire pit. We were able to sit outside, enjoy our company, and enjoy the beautiful scenery which is what we came to see.

The restaurant was closed when we arrived and there was no place that late to get food. We were hungry from a long trip and would have appreciated a warm dinner.

Our room 165, had beds that shook, not a lot but some. No joke, like something was underneath. Stopped eventually. We reported to front desk and they thought it was due to laundry but the laundry room was not near our room really. Perhaps we should have had something taken off our bill or a comp breakfast for our inconvenience Breakfast was okay, Glacier Mountains one was a bit better

The staff, the lodge, the food, and the room were all excellent. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We sat outside late afternoon and chatted with some other guests while enjoying the nice view of the adjoining golf course. We managed to procure a table by the fireplace in the dining room the first night of our two night stay. Our server, Masha, was personable and efficient and added to the enjoyment of our dinner. The evening was so nice that we requested the same table and server for the next evening and enjoyed it just as much. This rates as one of the favorite stops we have made in our travels. Kudos to the owners and staff.

Amenities were numerous, but we really didn’t get to use them. Very nice furnishings. the bathroom was fairly large and worked well with extra counter space outside.

Our room was hard to get to easily. They need another elevator near the rooms on the left hand side of the hotel. We had to walk in the main entrance, past the dining and meeting rooms, up the elevator, and then down two hallways.

We loved the location - close enough to downtown we could walk but quiet. Loved the hotel itself. Beautiful hotel and grounds, spacious, comfortable and clean rooms... The staff! Staff were wonderful! So kind, helpful and accommodating.

We were surprised of the lack of housekeeping services... we had to go to the front desk for extra towels, coffee pods etc) and had overflowing garbage.... As Canadians, we recycle as much as possible. Surprised at the lack of recycling bins at the hotel...

beautiful location, great lobby/lounge area and restaurant. loved the outdoor hot tub. rooms were spacious with comfy beds, nice pillows. the shuttle to downtown was SO convenient and taking it to the airport for only $10 was a lifesaver over Uber.

the heater/ac unit seemed rather old - we could never quite figure out how to adjust it the way we wanted so the room was a little warmer than we’d have preferred. TV felt small for the size of the room.

The facility is beautiful and most of the staff are very accommodating and friendly. The hotel offers free bike usage with helmets and most staff are excited to share places to eat, view and experience the area. Kudos to Shannon and Jason who were always willing to help.

The hotel added a $10 "convenience fee" that was not mentioned when I booked and pre-paid for the room. When I requested the charge be removed, one front desk agent said the cost for the airport shuttle was $5 each way. I explained that the booking stated "free airport shuttle". She eventually conceded but made her displeasure known.

Everything was perfect other than the poorly designed shower but hopefully enough guests give feedback that can be updated. Everything else was beyond expectations and what made our stay exceptional was the staff, all of whom were warm and welcoming. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with hospitality staff, everyone from front desk to maintenance staff was so helpful and considerate it made us want to never leave. Your employees made an already amazing visit to your beautiful state just all the more memorable.

That shower is poorly designed and difficult to use, tubs should be standard especially considering so many guests are returning from long hikes with sore muscles. That’s the only thing even slightly less than perfect.

Staff was wonderful in assisting with our needs. Provided us with excellent dining options other than the hotel. Room was everything we wished for and more. Recommended by friends and we'll be continuing that recommendation, it's a wonderful place to stay. Close to town and access to many attractions. We used the laundry facilities as this was the middle of our 2 week vacation. Nice little gift shop as well. Our friends made multiple purchases there.
