Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location was good.

The mini fridge in my room did not work and the carpet close to the air conditioning unit was wet. The room felt a bit damp because of that. We asked to change rooms but the hotel was full. Said best they could do was take $20 off the bill. Felt they could have done better than that. It was too late in the day for us to go elsewhere so we stayed.

Great desk folks, room was very clean, the beds comfortable. Except for noisy neighbors, the room was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was excellent.

Had to switch rooms immediately upon arrival, as the room was being air conditioned to 61 degrees, outside was cool, and when I tried to turn on the heat, the circuit breaker for the unit popped. Alice at the desk was great, and found me one of the very last available rooms at the place. However, we had a couple in the middle of a big fight somewhere near us which went on, and on, and on... I certainly don't fault the property for THAT, but I didn't like it, and it resulted in a very short night sleep-wise. Price was higher than I thought it should be, but in line with other properties in the immediate area.

We had the King Suite with the jetted spa tub, and a 2+ person walk in shower with the rainfall shower head. Divine!!! This made for a very relaxing and easy to "set the mood" stay. Oh, and it was virtually soundproof. With the holiday crowd... the only time you heard anyone, was when they were walking by your door.

Honestly, there wasn't anything that we didn't like. Our room looked just like the pictures, if not better. Definitely unexpected! This place has made our Top 5 list.

Loved the huge shower, Hot tub was great, breakfast is good. Also Bob Evens, Cracker Barrel, Waffle House all within walking distance.

The $250 incidental charge that took 7 days to get back seems a little ridiculous. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels all over the country and never had to deal with that.

Loved the jacuzzi room. The set up was nice. The shower was amazing! Looked different from a typical hotel room. Alot of shopping and dining close by.

The curtains need replaced they looked pretty bad, no good views to look at on bottom floor besides a dumster and the back of an old office building.

I loved how the room was set up and how at home i felt when we were in there. Location was great and near a ton of places to eat. Great for couples, definitely going back.

There was no fan/vent in the bathroom and the little peep hole to the tv from the shower. I also couldnt figure out the tv at first lol

The location was within 15 minutes of our Toledo and Maumee destinations. Lots of convenient stores and restaurants right near the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice for the price! We had a room with a spa tub for under $100/night!

The shower in our room took about 5 minutes to heat up and had some strange window in the wall shared with the room so the sound of anything going on in the bathroom could be heard in the room. Not sure what the point of that design was. It didn't ruin our experience at all, just a little strange.

Breakfast was excellent with alot of choices. The bed and pillows were super comfy! Close and easy access to several restaurants and gas stations.

The edges of the nightstand had something spilled and they were sticky, I had to move the nightstand to look for something behind it and it really needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. The bedsheets and everything else were clean, however. If I had not had to move the nightstand, I would not have noticed.

We stayed for a night to rest after a long day drive. The checkin in was smooth. Room was great with required kitchenettes microwave and refrigerator. Grab and go breakfast was good being during the pandemic.

Everything else was perfect. The room overall with the exceptions of what I stated above. The bathroom was our favorite. Omgoodness the three showerheads was amazing. The bed overall was comfortable aside from what was posted above.

The carpet was stained and a chair was used to cover it, turned is off. The sheets were stained. There was a hole in the bathroom wall, and we couldn't get a later check out. The hot tub wasn't cleaned, so we didn't get to use it. The phone didn't work to call the front desk. Everything else was perfect.
