I was on the 16th floor and the city view was spectacular. Huge window was very entertiaining and a delight to come "home" to every day. Room was spotless and kept that way throughout out the stay. Bed was very nice, although as an American, I'd like a sheet in addition to the duvet. I appreciated that there was a small amount of room in the mini-fridge for some left overs. The hotel was very elegant and overall very impressive.

I was disappointed that I could not find any food after 10pm. Since this was a very upscale hotel on a busy waterfront, I was surprised that everything closed so early. So many restaurants and bars, and not one of them had food (other then some "bar pizza" at one of them). That is the only reason for not rating it a 10. Glad there was a 24 hour 7-11 right around the corner, but sad that there was no microwave.

A wonderfully luxurious and cozy hotel in the heart of the Yokohama Bay Area. My room had a view of the harbour, and I was delighted by the colourful Ferris wheel and roller coaster from my hotel room everyday when I got back. The hotel is within walking distance many of Yokohama's main attractions, such as the Gundam Factory and Chinatown. It is also close to the Sakuragi-cho and Minatomirai stations, giving quick access to trains that take you to Tokyo and its surroundings!

Everything was great! If I had to ask for a small improvement, it would be for slightly firmer pillows. They were a little too soft and I had to pile on two for them to be comfortable enough to drift off to sleep :)

Intercontinental Yokohama Grand is one of those places that I thought I’d never go simply because it looks to good to be true. Once I booked, I was very excited to stay really close to the Park, the Minatomirai Station and just enjoy Yokohama with an amazing view from my hotel window. It was amazing. The room was perfectly cleaned, staff was helpful with everything that we needed and, again, the location is simply incredible. Everything is around you. The price isn’t inflated, in my opinion. I’ve seen hotels charge a lot more and offer a lot less.

Check in was really prompt - you can check in earlier if you have membership. We had a view of the bay which was lovely. The downstairs restaurants are really nice and the location is close to eateries and some shops as well as the subway station.

There was lipstick on one of the glasses which wasn't amazing. The rooms do seem a little older.

Room is spacious, to the point that we organise our baggages while fully opening. View from the room is fabulous. However, the best were its bathtub and lavatory. Enough relaxation we had in bathtub and enough preparation to go we made in front of mirror. Lastly, the hotel had no thaws of the pandemic. Staff are lively and interior is gorgeous. Room-in massage offered us pretty high-qualitied techniques to remove our fatigue.

The location is near and connected from the Queen's mall. Only a short walk. Although it was raining, the walk to hotel is covered with canopy all the way from mall to the hotel. The view from my room was splendid. The ferris wheel was just by the windows. Excellent

The check in was a little bit strange and took long time. The receptionist wouldn't let anyone to check in before 3 pm sharp. So everyone's waiting in the lobby and by 3 pm you can guess how long the line was for checking in.

Beautiful hotel. The lobby was lovely and the room was very comfortable with great views. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of restaurants and shops close to the hotel. Airport bus was right out the front of hotel.

The check in was a debacle. Making everyone wait to 3pm on the dot was ridiculous and not very welcoming for a 5 star hotel. There were only basic amenities in the bathroom. We have stayed in 4 star hotels with better amenities.

Everything. I stayed here my last 3 nights in Japan and really thought it was great. Clean, good sized room and excellent staff!

I did leave quite early but would have been good to have another staff member on the desk as I was in a hurry to take my train to the airport and the guy checking out in front of me was taking ages. Would even be happy with a "Keydrop option". No worries though.

The view from our room and the wheelchair was made available immediately upon arrival.

Having to pay extra for early checkin and also the port where we boarded the cruise ship is a bit far from the hotel. The fact that we paid a lot for the three nights stay, the hotel could have waived the extra charges for early checkin

No view from our room. The room was nice and comfortable. We like the location that is closed to the Queen’s Square.

A little far from the train station, it takes awhile to walk from the station with our luggages.
