The property was great! Breakfast was great the pool and restaurant was awesome, and the location was great!

The manager on duty on the 10th at our arrival around 4 pm was horrible no customer service and was not professional at all very rude! And not welcoming at all.Apparently I was told I booked the wrong kind of rooms and I was charged more money for a roll away beds. I wasn’t offered no other options but to leave. Just wasn’t helpful at all. The whole front desk staff needs additional training. No one seems to care, just the bare minimum. Staff is very different from a year ago!

The staff who checked us in were exceptionally helpful. We got to the hotel before check-in, and they stored our bags for a few hours while we checked out Old San Juan. (They called us when the room was ready, but somehow we didn't connect, so I had to call them to check. So I would advise others to call and check as well.) That said, they were very efficient, there was no wait at check-in or check-out, and every member of the check-in staff and housekeeping was extraordinarily nice. I would 100% stay here again. The popcorn they serve at the cocktail hour was delicious, by the way. We didn't take advantage of the cocktails.

It was a little hard to find out what the amenities were -- I only knew about the cocktail hour because I read about it in another traveler's review. I couldn't find anything about it on the website. It's from 5-7 PM, by the way. Also, I knew from another traveler's review that we could get breakfast to-go bags in the morning (we had an early flight), but again that's the only reason I knew that, and I had to ask the morning desk agent about it. He didn't offer, and they weren't sitting out. But overall, we loved the hotel.

The hotel was super clean the staff couldn’t do enough to ensure you had everything you needed. Our house keeper Emaculada, was exceptional she went above and beyond to keep us happy, Luis at the front desk was a pleasure always smiling and very pleasant Juan who helped with breakfast was amazing very nice man ready to help us in anyway he could. The staff the lodging but most importantly the cleanliness of this hotel is something that makes my family want to always stay here when we visit the island. Thank you Hampton Inn for making our stay very comfortable.

Nothing everything was on point.

I’m glad I made the choice of staying at Hampton Inn. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The whole staff was friendly and very accommodating. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The one disappointment was the powdered eggs. I would have preferred the real thing. The pool was great. The, “extras,” happy hour, free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and having beach accessories for the guests put the finishing touch on our stay. We would definitely return.

I liked the location of the hotel, in the fact that it wasn't far from the airport. I loved the daily breakfast and the variety of items to choose from. I loved the fact that I was able to get a late check out, due to me having a later flight.

The only thing that I would complain about are the pillows and the early closing of the pool. The pool should stay open until at least 11:00 pm. I suggest more firmness with the selection of the pillows, The bed was great, really comfortable, but the pillows not so great. I could not get comfortable.

Everything was amazing! The staff was very nice and accommodating! Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning. The room was comfortable and fit everyone comfortably. We nearly lived in the pool while we were there. The swim up bar and grill were the best. The drinks were perfect and the chicken quesadilla was hands down the best I have ever had in my life!

There were a couple of napkins that found their way in the pool. We also received a noise complaint, although I know we were not being very loud and it was only 9 P.M.

The breakfast was good and healthy.

Personally, I think the parking was too expensive. What I cannot understand is that you have pay to stay in the hotel and still pay $15.00 per day to park on the compound. I find that utter foolishness!!!

I like verything about this hotel. Great for family with small children. Location is perfect. 5-7 minutes from the airport. Not very loud. Peaceful and beautiful. Staff are awesome. The hotel is very clean and I'm very picky when it comes to hotel being clean. This hotel met all my expectations. Breakfast is great and happy hour is good. I wish they had music during happy hour and provide some type of non-alcoholic beverages for kids during happy hour.

Breakfast was above and beyond expectations. Very good food and the areas were kept clean.

The room was clean and quaint. The staff was helpful and nice. For the most part it was a good deal nice pool I enjoyed the daily happy hour and the breakfast selection was decent, The waffles were excellent!

The bed was too hard, the AC seemed to be set to one temperature so I couldn't cook the room down to my liking and there was this one thing lady who worked there who was unbearable to deal with
