The hotel itself was good value for money. It was a very spacious room and our son had his own bed staying for free. It all looked very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the swimming pool and the hotel was very close to the centre and main attractions. We would certainly consider coming again, but might use local restaurants next time.

The a la carte meals at the restaurant were mediocre and not really worth the money and the service was mixed. The bartender didn't get our order right, but then didn't want to change things blaming us for the mistake instead, and these were cheap non alcoholic drinks. Not good enough for a 4star hotel.

The room was in excellent condition and was on the 9th floor with an amazing view of the city. Being located at the city center near the financial district, there was so much to absorb and public transport was readily available and efficient. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of dishes from al over the world and some local delicacies.

Rush in Breakfast, seating was not comfortable, all table was very close, need improvement.

The hotel rooms at the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium were what you expect from a hotel of this sizeand standard and cleaning was ok. The biggest advantage was that the hotel was very close to a metro station which was convenient when travelling around the city. The breakfast was really good, there were many options of Western, Indian, Chinese, Asian dishes. We booked the airport taxi through the hotel service and that worked very well.

There was not many sun beds by the pool, so they got occupied quite fast, but the pool area was otherwize ok.

Superb stay the Breakfast choice was excellent plus the man making the eggs and omelettes was great. The rooms were a good size the only thing was the bathroom, it is in need of an update from the room that we stayed in anyway. The location was excellent the MRT is right outside the hotel with a short trip to Gardens by the bay and other stations to get anywhere in the city. very pleasant stay would definitely use again.

Second time visiting Singapore. The location right next to the Havelock MRT line was very handy. You can get to all of the major attractions within 10 to 25 mins via the MRT or a taxi from this hotel. It was close to the center of the city / orchard road. Allow 30 to 40 mins travel via taxi to Changi airport or 50 mins via the MRT. Breakfast options where fantastic, three different coffee machines, huge tea selection, everything from cereal to cooked breakfast meats, eggs, salmon, sausages, kebabs, fruit, waffles, Indian food, Chinese food, soups, large area with plenty of tables, reasonably priced at $30 pp. Air conditioning worked fantastically, room cools down nicely. There are self service washing machines and dryers on level 6. The pool on level 6 is great for a relaxing swim in the evenings. Would happily stay there again, staff where friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Cool glass elevators that offer a unique view going up and down.

Nothing wrong with it.

Hotel was excellently situated next to an MTR station and a short walk from the river. It was a hot walk but was able to walk the entire length of the river to the downtown area. The hotel is a strange design with a hollowed out interior but really striking - it looked like some futuristic 1970s design. Definitely a retro 70s feel. It was comfortable and well equipped. Not five star in terms of fit and finishing but had everything that was needed and a decent sized room. The only property probably in Singapore that has smoking rooms. Overall very satisfied and a decent price, size and location.

As always our stay was exceptional. Our short stay was by unfortunate chance during the F1 Gand Prix so the cost was very high versus normal costs, but the quality of the staff and the facilities made it worthwhile. Staff were always friendly and helpful - gaining us an early check-in following our early arrival in Singapore from Europe was especially nice. Access to the pool, a superb breakfast (one of the best we have experienced for food quality and options). New metro station is next door, close to local hawkers market on Zion Rd for great local food at reasonable prices, we really enjoyed our brief stay.

Bathroom can be better

Rooms come with bathtub and basic toiletries. Nice view even though in located in mid floor. Room package with buffet breakfast and dinner were worth it. Hotel able to arrange 3 single beds as we requested. Late check out request was granted.

Disappointing that check-in receptionist doesn't acknowledge our request for 3 single beds even though it was already confirmed by reservations messages received days prior. But then surprise me that actual room does have 3 single beds, Hope it is cleared right away during check in, so it doesn't create negative impressions at first. No bidet. Hotel room key suddenly not working, had to get assistance just to open. Atrium restaurant, very hot especially during breakfast time. It would be good to put blinds to cover too much sunlight.
