REALLY EXCELLENT!!! At first I noted this as an aesthetic and cheaper option in Singapore, so we booked this despite my reservation about shared bathrooms (and the fact that they separated the toilet and shower stalls). So my first day I was quite mourning about my choices 🤣 plus I also got the upper bedroom so it was quite a parkour everytime I need to get on and off the bed. But then the second day got even easier.. the sleep was amazing and I found myself very enjoying the bath time due to the warm water 😭 the other guests were also somehow very respectful of each other, I really appreciate their cleanliness. I also noticed that we went around this location a lot while going through our itinerary, the prime location is reallyyyy satisfying!!!!! I even went back to the hotel once just to go to the toilet 😂 And on the last day, they happened to have the international friendship day event where we can make friendship bracelets for free!!! Hahaha it was really an amazing experience and I got to chat with the lovely team who had supported us during our stay!!!

The staff were great, always friendly and happy to help The beds were quite comfy, and spacious Great price for singapore since everything is so expensive (quick tip - restaurant calle Neon Pigeon is really nearby, great atmosphere and even better food. Our vest palce we visited all weekend) The bathrooms were big and spacious. Laundry facilities were perfect for us, only one washing machine/dryer, so might have been tricky if it was busier

Could have been slightly cleaner, especially in the bathroom, but for a hostel it was very good! The capsules are drawstring curtains, so don't keep much noise out

Loved how private the sleeping arrangements were with the blind for privacy.

It was surface level clean but it needs a deep clean really get into the corners and remove hair from side of beds etc

Transport here is really convenient. Staff will provide help if u have any question. Besides, ucan get cold/hot water and free coffee/tea in the water room. Nice experience!😄

If u sleep at lower bed, u should mind the footboard above. My head hit it more than twice🥺

The beds were comfortable! There are many places to get a bite to eat & many MRT stations nearby. The common area is spacious & bright and the AC in the building is possibly too powerful! There’s a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view. There are hot/cold water machines throughout the property & microwaves, coffee, and snacks. The laundry is fast and $5 (payable through QR code/Apple/Google Pay)

I did not care for the breakfast, but it was easy to find food elsewhere. Also— and this is a more of a Singapore issue— 3-in-1 coffee everywhere and black instant coffee is relatively more expensive. If you don’t consume dairy or sugar, you will need to bring your own coffee to KINN.

Great location, rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Nice atmosphere, you can easily choose quiet and privacy, or strike up a conversation if you're looking for travel buddies in the shared lounge area.

After having stayed in a few capsule hotels in Japan, I have been spoilt by the superb quality there. Kinn could provide more shelves and space for getting ready in the bathroom or storing bits and pieces in the capsule, like in Japan. But overall it's a very good budget choice. Especially if compared with budget choices in Europe or USA Great for 2-3 days. I stayed 5 days and for that length of time I do wish I could have canceled last couple of days and moved to a hotel room.

Very good location and friendly staff Shampoo and shower gel provided as well as clean towel, disposable toothbrush and earplugs.

It could be a little bit cleaner (sinks especially) and the hotel needs some refreshing (dirty walls etc) Loud noises from outside

KINN Capsule Hotel was superb! It's my first time staying in a hostel or shared room with strangers and I must admit, it didn't feel overwhelming or that we were on top of each other. It was super spacious. The rooms - dorm, kitchen, bathroom and lounge - were very clean! Aesthetically pleasing interiors and lots of space in the capsule itself and in the dorm I stayed in. Another positive is the location - can't beat it. It's super central and close enough to walk to the Gardens and MRT stations. I enjoyed my stay here and could see myself staying here again. Overall, great first experience of Singapore, of the hostel and at KINN.

One caveat I would say is the room I stayed in though more 'private' in that it was facing the window, it was loud, on my last night, I barely slept as the noise from partygoers outside could be heard through the windows and into my capsule and at one point even through my noise cancelling headphones. Sure, there are plugs provided but it would be nicer if the windows were double-glazed to limit the noise coming from outside that's just the one thing I would say made the experience 8/10 instead of 10/10.

Capsule was very clean. It has enough sockets inside, table and a mirror. Also you have your own locker for your bags. The location was great: you can go to the center by foot or use bus nearby or subway. I enjoyed the neighborhood: it was lively at night but still I felt very safe there. The staff is really nice.

Kitchen could use some spoons and forks (there are cups and instant coffee and tea, microwave, but no spoons and plates, so it was a bit of a challenge) There are not enough space to dry your clothes or towels, so it is always a bit wet. Also it was quite cold in the room and I didn't understand how to change AC temperature
