I absolutely loved the WhatsApp chat that you can have with Hitlon's support team. They respond extremely fast and it's so much better than having to call or go down to the reception. I don't understand why other hotels don't do that. The room wasn't very big but it was so delightfully designed that you quickly forget about the size. The bathroom looks amazing, the bathtub was pretty big. There was plenty of space and light. The smell was incredible, it smelled very good and fresh. The gym had plenty of equipment and felt nice, but not well-ventilated. The hotel is located in the heart of Orchard, with many paths to access the hotel which was very convenient.

The view was bad, literally facing a wall. The TV was extremely slow. The cleaning staff was proactive in cleaning your room, maybe too proactive. It felt like I was pushed to go out of my room so they could clean it as soon as possible. The hotel felt more like a factory than a hotel considering how big and crowded it is all the time. The gym was very hot and humid, with sometimes a bad small. Not well-ventilated.

Breakfast was good, glad that I paid for an upgrade to use the 6F otherwise, queue in the GF would have cost us a lot of waiting time. We were not able to use the 6F for afternoon tea and was able to use it twice for evening cocktails. The staff in the 6F were awesome, the did a good job. We also appreciated coffee and tea in the room. The room was clean and serviced timely. My wife's request for an extra pillow was delivered quickly.

Our room was an upgrade after paying extra upon check in yet without comparing the difference, the room did not seem to be an upgrade but I may be wrong as it was well laid out and complete with amenities including drinking water. The bathroom though was a let down as it seem to have been designed for one occupant - one lavatory sink, one towel/robe hook, no room for my wife to comfortably do her make up. There was a tub but there was no bubble bath soap, And the shower room was tight, hit my elbow thrice when drying after a shower. but glad there was a bidet and the room properly lighted.

The room was very clean, comfortable, with modern design that complemented our needs perfectly. Location was very convenient to all central shopping malls and restaurants in orchard road. All the staff were friendly and helpful, from receptionist at check-in to staff who brought our luggage to our room. Checkout was extremely fast and practical, as we needed to quickly travel.

There was nothing I didn't like, however, we requested for crib during check-in, and it did not show up that day. We had to call the next morning to request for it again. We were informed that we should have called earlier, however I mentioned that since our check in was evening, our baby had slept straight away, and we did not want to disrupt her sleep with arrival of crib late at night.

Great location. Almost the same breakfast every day. Seated far but would’ve preferred closer as did not like the stairs. Normally don’t take a lot from breakfast buffet but got impression that staff pushed us to the corner for that. Some staff did not know how to make tea and that was disappointing. On all days for something different when asked about tea. Some internal training may help to ensure all staff are at the same level. Loved the adult juice bar. The orange cartot and ginger one was my favourite.

From when you enter the Hilton hotel everything is excellent. The room size and bathroom and shower head was brilliant. The bed was incredible. The breakfast was incredible. It’s 40- 48 Singapore $$ per person but make sure you do it once, it is incredible.. big hotels do breakfasts like no other!!! We checked in early. We were able to check in at 10am. They also do a late check out of midday. It’s excellent. We left the luggage with them after check out and it was all very easy . It’s a Hilton hotel so everything was excellent. Excellent value for money. The design and architecture of the hotel is excellent and everything is new so it won’t disappoint

The hotel itself has only got better over the years that Ive stayed here. Ever since meritus mandarin to mandarin orchard to the current, hilton orchard it has always been fantastic staying here, but this occasion supercedes all previous stays. Beginning from the concierge exec, Aldino, if I remember right, to every departments staff were professional, helpful & polite. The hotel itself, including the room is absolutely spotless and the food top notch! Keep up the great work team Hilton orchard!

Front desk receptionists, concierge people, room service people and etc were very friendly and sincere a lot. Breakfast was really flavonoids and wide choices. After the hotel has touched our hearts with lovely feelings.

When I had placed my booking, I showed in guest details as 3 members family ( my wife, daughter and me). And also chose for complimentary breakfast. Even for special request portion into the booking format of booking.com, I made request to accept complementary breakfast for all of us- 3 family members. I had received the booking confirmation accordingly. Even, I had not received any email on booking period stating that 3 complementary breakfast is not possible. But during check in time, front desk person was in telling that the room you have booked is applicable for 2. When I tried to convince with my statement, then he agreed and ask me to keep the matter for further booking..

Room was new and clean. As our flight of arrival was early in the morning staff was kind enough to provide the room early without any extra charge. On the same token we were given extension for check out without any hazel which was great.

We asked for two beds but had only one bed . When informed a removable less comfortable one was added. Room had amenities for only two , but was charged for three people as my child was thirteen . This was also corrected later.

The renovations and updated from Mandarin to Hilton was a pleasant surprise - everything much better = rooms, corridors, lifts, and above all the restaurant. Previously it was like feeding time at the Zoo - with Hilton it was superb service and no one in a rush. Excellent choice in buffet breakfast.

Everything met or exceeded expectations - epsecially the renovations and superb staff who made every effort to go the extra mile...
