The central position, the friendly staff, the buffet breakfast and careful serving standards. Cleanliness and handy to restaurant mall and MRT station next door - great. Supermarket just across the road - very good value.

The bathroom lighting was dismal - no way of putting on make-up in there!! A make-up mirror (lighted) would have been great. The kitchen was only supplied with 2 of each - knife, fork & spoon, chopsticks and teaspoons - a bit stingy when using the supplied kitchen facilities.

No breakfast on Sundays, pool closed for maintenance for a few days. We were not lucky and had to stay on a lower floor, which meant the view wasn't great, and we heard lots of loud noise from the neighboring parking garage

The location of this hotel was excellent, as was the staff. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and two tv's (one in the bedroom and one in the living room) were great. The wifi was also fast and the swimming pool was great. All in all a great place to stay for our family holiday.

If there was one comment it would be more variety for breakfast, there were only 3 hot options and the cold options were the same every day.

We were really touched by the lovely card the reception team drew for a birthday and the small cake. Amazing location right on top of Somerset MRT and near restaurants and with a supermarket in the basement. Rooms were very very clean

This is my go to place to stay when I come to Singapore. The last time that i was here was in Aug 2019 and when travel started again, this was the place that I wanted to stay at. I had the one bedroom deluxe and I got the same room as I stayed in the last time. I like the location which is super convenient, the room is perfect for my needs, the facilities are great and I like the pool and gym, the free breakfast was very nice to have. The staff is friendly and nice to have a chat with. What more can i say? For photos, you can view the photos on the site and they are true to what you get.

There were plenty of food items for breakfast to choose from. Each day there was a different set of main dishes to try. The room was very spacious and well laid out. There were plenty of storage cabinets. The Serviced Suites are located adjacent to one of the mall’s so there are plenty of stores and restaurants near by.

The staff - everyone ranging from the reception, and concierge to the housekeeping and breakfast teams - went above and beyond. They were always welcoming and very attentive. The apartment was large and spacious, meticulously cleaned everyday bar Sunday and felt brand new.

The pool was closed for half the time we were staying, which is a shame because part of the reason why we chose to stay here was the pool (we have a young child).

My room was on the top floor and the view was fantastic. Breakfast was great as always and everyone was extremely accommodating. I loved my room and the style of the decor.
