Unbeatable location! Literally 5 minutes to food, the train station, convenience store, etc. Nice having a washer/dryer, a decent sized fridge, and kitchen. Great having lots of storage space and a desk in the living room, which my husband used when he had to work.

The lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was terrible! It was so hard to put on makeup in that light, I had to go to the living room and pull back the curtains and use the desk there. Would have also been nice to have larger mugs as the cups given were really small. Also would have appreciated a folder with instructions on how to use the washer/dryer, TV, etc.

The property itself isn't the newest. The gym is quite small (but better to have one than none).

OPSA is in the heart of Singapore. For a family of 2 adults 1 child 1 toddler it was the perfect stay. Room- The kitchen had one pan and a pot which we could use to cook.pair of plates,spoon,fork. Bread toaster + water kettle. Water - drinking water tap is provided separate - Encouraging us travellers to refrain from using plastic. Dish washing liquid + Laundry Detergent+ clothes drying stand + ironing board was provided in the room. Location - Opposite Somerset metro. 10 mins walk to dhoby ghat metro 3 mins walk to bus stand Multiple food courts (includes Asian+Indian + Italian) around the location for cheap food 10$-20$ Dining inside the malls 30$-40$ and behind the hotel Cuppage plaza which includes some bars. Staff - was very helpful , made our stay comfortable. Were prompt of wats app before our arrival to Singapore..

Location was perfect for all the action on Orchard road. Bus and mrt lines nearby. Lots and lots of food options around. The common areas of apartment were very roomy. We were happy to have the use of a washing machine and drying rack.

Building was not it its best shape but the convenience of the location and ample space for 5 adults to comfortably occupy the space made up for that. Some party noise coming from the street until late everyday - ear plugs recommended for light sleepers.

The pool. The large size of the room. Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. Housekeeping staff are efficient and effective. All staff are friendly and helpful.

The place is a little run-down but not seedy/dirty. Repairs are amateurish - e.g. tiles in the bathroom are not properly grouted in after repairs; the floor tiles in the lift are cracked and loose; the furniture in the room is chipped and needs sanding and staining; parquet tiles in the kitchen are loose. All of this is easily fixed. Painting is literally slapdash in places.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. All the rooms were air conditioned. It was so handy having a washing machine/dryer. They had thought of everything you might need in an apartment which was perfect for our travels - there was an iron, ironing board, clothes hanger/areas to hang dry clothes, hair dryer, and even scales so we could weigh our suitcases before we left! The pool on the rooftop was lovely - just the place to relax at the end of the day. And the location was absolutely perfect- walking distance to several shopping malls on Orchard Road, lots of restaurants, a supermarket, and the MRT (subway system). The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

There was only one minor issue while we were staying. There were some building works on one of the lift so there was only one lift in operation during our stay. It meant we did have to wait some time for the lift most times, and we were on the 10th floor so couldn’t use the stairs. Really was only a very minor issue!

We like everything about this service apartment. First of all, location is perfect. I came here for medical treatment it takes me about 20 minutes walk to Mount Elizabeth hospital and Lucky Plaza clinic. My kids are on school holidays, so we came to Singapore zoo, Sentosa island, National Museum easily and fast. The food options just next door is very wide. The room size is one of the biggest in Singapore and each family member has a privacy. My kid still can join her online class at the comfortable surrounding of her own room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom has everything necessary. Living room’s sofa is vey cozy. Reception is very helpful and housekeeping is very professional and all this properly is well maintained.

It was a very large apartment, much bigger than expected, with comfy beds/pillows. Being able to change the air con in each room was wonderful. Having a proper dining table was good. Both bathrooms very spacious and showers with great water pressure. All areas were very clean.

The rooms look a bit tired and show some wear but this didn't really detract from the apartment. I guess some wear is to be expected in such a busy city and at this price.
