room was a little tired

The room was very comfortable and we had a very private balcony. The water pressure of the shower was excellent. There are some good eating places, shops and facilities like money exchange and sales of SIM card adjacent to the hotel.

The hotel has gone green and so there is no room cleaning unless one stays longer 3 nights. This is fine but it will be good if they come and refill the tea making facilities as well as bottled water instead of requiring the guest to ring up and make a request.

Good location , great meals and the most important is the hotel staffs are very nice. They tried to resolve the problem to help me as I found that my father’s wheelchair was broken during flight. My father can not walk a long distance .That would be worst trip if the hotel staff did not find another one for us to use during the trip. However it would be excellent if the hotel can re-design the bathroom to be more convenience and safe for elder person because it is difficult to get into the bath tube and shower should be more closer to get ,otherwise ,old person has to walk on the bath tube to get it.I am sure that You can improve this. Thanks in advance and hope that we will back to you again.

Love the family room set up. Heaps of space and the kids love the bunk beds. I personally loved the water pressure in the shower, very nice after a long humid day out.

The carpet floor was damp in certain parts of the room. The smoke sensor right outside the bathroom triggered when the steam from the bath/shower escaped when the bathroom door was open. Maybe it should be placed further away from the bathroom door.

This is my second time staying here so knew what to expect - this time it was just an overnight from airport. the staff were fabulous (Jasmine) and checked in 3 very weary travellers early from an early morning flight: that meant we could have a lie down straight away and housekeeping delivered the trundler bed really quickly. We stayed here rather than by airport because we were hoping to walk around Orchard Road, we were just too tired and appreciate that we could just chill in our room. The pool area is also great although it did rain when we visited so didn’t get to use as we hoped.

it smelt musty - I think the hotel was locked up for 2 years during covid so maybe that’s why. they also forgot to give us a 3rd towel/water when they delivered the extra bed we paid for.

in a perfect location on a naturally busy street. We had a booking without breakfast because there were many other options all around which we wanted to use. Nice staff, we were also allowed to use the pool after we had checked out. so we could spend a few hours relaxing until our departure.

The hotel is a bit old and the cleanliness wasn't really perfect everywhere. but in view of the location and the higher prices in Singapore, this hotel is still suitable in terms of price and performance

Almost everything : Location, ambience, friendliness & helpful of staff, rooms, bathrooms, unlimited drinking water and breakfast.

The pillow is a bit hard

Spacious room, great facilities (spa, gym and pool). Absolutely nice and helpful staff

Unfortunately i found few cockroaches in my room over my two-day stay, that was very disappointing.

Spacious room and bathroom with all amenities such as mini fridge, hair dryer, vanity kit, iron and ironing board. Concierge was very helpful. Room was quiet despite it being next to busy Orchard Road. The double layered windows helped. Breakfast was pretty good too.

The reception promised to send our bags to the room but it never arrived after 30 minutes. Hence, we called the concierge tfor assistance. Within minutes, they delivered our bags.

The location was spot on. It was at the very heart of Orchard road. Near malls, restaurants and Donki SG! It was definitely a great place to stay in Singapore. I did not avail the breakfast since Orchard road offers a lot of options from well known restaurants to hidden gems. The room itaelf was clean and spacious.

It can update its interiors, there were times that the hotel smells old. But aside from that, it was clean.
