This was my 2nd stay in the Fullerton Bay. I still love it and will definitely return. My favourite part of my stay is the room, (this time a splurged for the Bay view room, so worth the extra expense for the view, I sat on my outside terrace every night, so lovely), swimming pool and location. I only wish they would make better use of their rooftop bar "the Lantern" for their hotel guests. I also think their Afternoon Tea is an absolute must, beautifully executed.

I wish they would do a taste of Singapore restaurant as they have done in their new Hotel in Hong Kong, (Satay Inn). Again I feel they are catering to locals rather than hotel guests on their restaurant choices in the Singapore hotel.

We loved everything about the "Fullerton Bay Hotel" LOCATION !! amazing staff and service it all lived up to its 5* rating. Our room was beautiful.... magic Marina views (especially at night) very comfortable bed & pillows, great lounge, desk, coffee/tea facilities. Large bathroom, with a bath, separate shower & separate toilet.. lovely toiletries and thick white fluffy towels. Great buffet breakfast & a la carte, fresh juice, excellent coffee etc Within the hotel there are lots of cosy sitting areas to have a snack or drink Fantastic swimming pool on the roof ! We walked from the hotel to many of the other areas and also went by taxi they arrived quickly and were inexpensive. I highly recommend this stunning Hotel and everyone that works there - thank you !

The hotel is beautiful, in a great location where you can stroll by the river with nice cafes and bars. Our room was super comfy, the room service was delicious (get the satay!) and it was also nice having a drink at the Landing Point which is a cafe/bar in the hotel with a waterfront view. We were celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary and watched a show at the Esplanade then took a lovely walk along the waterfront back to the hotel, enjoyed a nice hot bath with champagne (which we brought ourselves lol) then chatted till late in bed with the softest smoothest sheets. Had such a good sleep and a yummy room service breakfast the next morning. Our booking came with hotel dining credits which i think is brilliant. We enjoyed the room so much we didnt even check out the roof top bar and pool (next time!). It's also a small hotel so you don't feel like there are too many people around.

There was a small error - the breakfast was indicated as $0 so we thought it was included in our booking, but it was charged at check out because apparently our booking did not have breakfast included. However, when I explained to the staff what happened it was waived - which i thought was great service. So actually nothing we didn't like!

the breakfast was great with good selection of different food and amazing customer service ( the staff understood that as a Muslim I can’t have pork and they made sure to change the meat in every dish I ordered so that it wouldn’t have pork without even me asking! they understood the costumers and accommodated their needs 👍🏻 and they were incredibly hospitable ) the furniture was 👍🏻 the bathroom was 👍🏻 the lobby and the setting area there was stunning 👍🏻 the location is amazing right in the center of everything and very close to the metro station

I love how well thought out everything was. The team had everything planned out despite a little incidents and went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were all met during our stay.

Not their fault but the room just felt a little small. We ABSOLUTELY loved the view though, so it was a sacrifice we were willing to take.

I have been expecting more from this hotel given the price eg bigger rooms but found that with less price, the Fullerton at both Sydney and Hong Kong were of greater value for money

At the present room rate Could have offered Club access Free mini bar consumption We arrived for breakfast at 10 am - breakfast finished by 10:30am, we found that the food has not been replenished. We have to request….

The view from our room was amazing. The hotel is in one of my favourite locations and easily accessible. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The roof top pool is awesome and was very quiet when we visited

We had a Bayfront Room with stunning views but no bistrot table or chairs to allow you to sit on the balcony - crazy ! I felt our beautiful room was a little damp on occasion. Breakfast was good enough but not exceptional, as I might have hoped. Buffet choice was a little limited.

The view over the bay from the verandah!! Omg!!!! The breakfast room! Breakfast fresh and delicious. Room fantastic. Personel super friendly, we especially liked Jason at the reception!! So helpful!! As the in-room dining didn't go smoothly they brought a bottle of an excellent red wine and 2 wine glasses to the room!! Super stay!!!!

Breakfast nice but meals often missing items that were stated on the menus… we only found out on our last day that fresh juice was available on request … very annoying as juices on buffet weren’t fresh … staff not very quick at taking our orders either.
