The hotel has lovely little casitas . I am told they are all about the same. Ours had a bedroom. living room, kitchen area and bathroom. Our bed was comfortable, there was a good table to work from and Wifi was good. lots of plugs to plug in all the gadgets and at the desk. the room was well appointed there is a nice courtyard with tables and i was able to also work out there and had good wifi the location is just a couple blocks from the main part of town. Staff was very attentive and aimed to please

The price to value to what you get is the big disappointment. I knew what we were paying, and from the photos and descriptions, we got about what i expected, but i still hate when hotels 5 star rates for a 3 star hotel due to demand. ( stayed at several 5 star hotels in big cities in the weeks just prior to this stay, and paid a lot less) parking was sort of an issue. there were not enough spaces in the lot, when we would come back at night, but i had no problem finding space on the street.

The suite 6, Raven Suite, ground floor was vety nice.. good quality furnishings, bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom lovely,, 2 big screen TVs. Central AC worked very well. Lovely fireplace but we did not need as it was warm. This property is either new or newly upgraded and the owners spent some serious money on that remodel. Lovely open courtyard with fountain. Very quiet location. Spas nearby.. Location was perfect. We could walk to everything we wanted to do except the dinner we attended at the Ojai Valley Inn. I'd rather stay at Su Nido again.

Not a deal breaker by any means but hard to tell from pictures on website if there was a real stove. The kitchenette is really an enhanced wet bar. No stove in Raven suite. Sink w/ cabinets, some plates and cutlery, 2 glasses 2 mugs, 2 bowls , 2 plates. Toaster and microwave but no hot plate or stove. Reheat only.. Refrigerator was really like a 30 bottle wine fridge. Kurigcoffee machine but there is the best Ojai coffee shop/roaster 2 blocks south. Go there.

The location is perfect for walking around the town. The unit is cozy but very roomy and beautifully decorated, with a well appointed kitchenette, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, a living room with two comfy chairs, a TV and a fireplace. The bed is very comfy and bases a good size TV as well. Perfectly decorated for the Ohio vibe.

everything was wonderful, including the beautiful interior courtyard with lots of umbrella’d Seating.

the suite was just as described with a comfortable sitting room with fireplace, an well-equipped kitchenette and a bedroom with a very comfortable king bed. also the bathroom had separate shower and tub. one of the best spaces was the beautiful courtyard where we were able to sit and enjoy being outside.

The location was in walking distance to shops, restaurants and concert venue.

I didn’t know when I booked that there was no pool. The sister hotel location included a pool but it was tiny.

It's walking distance to the town, I was left alone and not bothered, quiet.

didn't feel secure secure with the French windows facing the street, wish they was a pool, and coffee mashine not working well, no free breakfast for the price of the room

I really liked the location and the design of the suites. The rooms surround a brick courtyard where me met our friends for wine and cards.

No breakfast was served, but kitchenette was nice, and there were snacks and bottles of water provided. Bed was very comfy, and the hotel is so centrally located, it's easy to walk to everything. Being super picky here (interior design background), but having only overhead lighting in the bathroom is terribly unflattering; some mirror side lights would have been great.

The hairdryer didn't work properly; the temperature setting button wouldn't adjust but it wasn't a huge deal.

The well-appointed spacious suites, cute courtyard with fountain, well-equipped kitchenette, and friendly staff. Oh, and the location in walking distance from good food, shops, and activities!

There was nothing I didn’t like!

Excellent location and amazing room.

Checking in was at a different hotel and we had some plumbing issues with the shower.
