Located just behind train station. Convenient to go anywhere at the old town. Breakfast is ok. Some days they provide very fresh bread and I love them. All Staff are really kind and always with smile. One of the staff is able to speak French, fluent English and even Mandarin. I was so surprised. I had a few enquiry before and after the stay, the customer service respond me very fast, and it was very helpful.

Still could hear the sound of the train but it didn’t wake me up from my sleep. Maybe because there is no train during midnight? Would be nice if breakfast could have little switch everyday as I’m there for entire week, kinda tired of the same thing every morning at the end. (But they were nice). One thing maybe nice to improve is that they didn’t replenish tissue paper in the bathroom when it went out ( the one near the sink not the one next to toilet)

What a great easy to find, centrally located hotel. Right next to a railway track but you dont hear anything, super sound proof rooms. Very reasonable price room, comfy beds, great staff was perfect for us driving from the UK that wanted somewhere safe to leave the car and great for us to stay. This hotel has a great underground private car park which is an additional cost, but well worth it. We were able to leave most of our stuff in the car without having to drag it all up to the room. We walked into the old town in 5-10 mins, great restaurants and coffee shops. The Saturday Farmers Market in the old town was real treat, tons of stalls, cheese, bread, fruit & veg. Even found a great ice cream shop had goats cheese & Lavender ice cream. LOVED ANNECY what a great little find!!!

The pillows were awfully uncomfortable and not good quality.

Close to the train station, loads of restaurants and Cafe's and town. The hotel was very modern and vibey, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful.

We had a roof box on our car which meant that we could not fit into the 1.95m parking. Unfortunately the hotel did not have any other recommended options for us and were not aware of costs etc. They did allow us to take the roof box off and store it but this was a little inconvenient as we had to unpack the box and we didnt need the luggage in it. It all worked out in the end but perhaps the hotel could have a list of alternatives and costs with a map available?

Location was great, just within 5 mins or less from the Annecy train station and walking distance to old town historic sites. Room and bed was very comfortable. Shame we were only there for a night and didnt get to enjoy the room much as had to leave at break of dawn. Staff were very helpful. We paid for breakfast and requested for a takeway but manager night before didnt arrange. However, manager on duty n the morning was kind enough to offer drinks, chips and whatever e he could which helped a bit as our train as at 5:45am. Safe, no frills hotel with loads of essentials s for short stay.

Paid for breakfast, but breakfast doesn’t t start until 6:00am. Had asked manager on duty the night before to arrange for takeaway hot breakfast or sandwiches which he promised he would but he never did.

Breakfast was satisfactory, with a fairly limited selection of foods. Service from staff at breakfast was very good. Staff working on reception were consistently polite and friendly.

The overall food menu for lunch and dinner was really quite narrow, with very little choice available. A more basic bar snack menu, would attract more clientele in the evenings

Stupid automatic 'movement' control on toilet light had a short activation period maybe a couple of extra plug sockets. there was a row of them beside the tv but too close to the tv for my adaptor to fit (& with no table close by would be too inaccessible for phones etc on a normal cable link

Large comfortable room, good wifi and perfect location for us - close to the old town and the lake and ideal if you're travelling by train. The breakfasts were very good, with an excellent selection of options.

Nothing of any significance. We were on the fifth floor and situated (like most of the rooms) above the railway tracks, so there was a slight rumble when a train went through ... but it didn't disturb us. For some reason, my room key failed a couple of times and had to be reset.

We really wanted to stay in Annecy, and we were hoping to get something right in the heart of the old town, but as I was doing my research I found that none of the properties had parking and most of them had reviews saying that there was a lot of noise from people on the streets all day and most of the night. Luckily, I found this hotel just a short walking distance from everything you want to see in Annecy, with parking (extra charge of 15 Euros per night) and breakfast included. The front entrance is not very convenient to arriving with a car as you can not pull right up to the front doors - so we parked in their underground garage first and then checked in with our baggage. The young guy who was working the front reception was not very friendly or helpful, something I am not very used to and it really put us off. Our room was nice - we had reserved the Executive Double Room with a bathtub. It was big and clean and more expensive than I would have liked to have paid for one night. The main thing that we wanted was a nice quiet room though and that is what we got, even though it was very near the train tracks outside, we were high enough and the room was soundproofed enough that we did nit hear any of the trains go by. Breakfast was quite nice and there was quite a bit to choose from. The entire front reception, bar and waiting area - really was one of the nicest set-ups for a hotel of this type that we had ever been in. Check-out was very simple and we were on our way within minutes.

Great hotel and location. Room fine for the three of use. Breakfast buffet is great. Good bar and staff friendly again with our second year staying here. Definitely recommend it for families or couples.

Coffee machine broke third night there. I think there was a power cut and it may have tripped a fuse. Reported it twice and a staff member had a look and said would get it replaced but didn't. So didn't have coffee or tea in our room for remaining night. Small issue though.

The breakfast was amazing. The beds were super comfy. The bar and restaurant area felt relaxed and not like a hotel which was lovely as we had two young boys but could feel like we were still out. The location was great and walking distance to lake and town. The bus station was also found the corner. Free buses to great swim spots around the lake (bus 60)

Only minor was breakfast busy so had to be more organised with a time of roughly when you wanted to go. We didn’t mind though.
