My wife and I with our friends had a wonderful, enjoyable stay at the impressive Adlon Kempinski Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in although the check-out process did take a bit of time as there was an issue with the printer. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary amenities, shower and shampoo bottles could be a little bigger. The bed and pillow were very comfortable, and the housekeeping service was efficient. Aircon in the room was difficult to get working optimally The location is very convenient, with easy access to local attractions and underground, although concierge, assumed we knew it was just outside the hotel, although the concierge did an excellent job of getting concert tickets and advice for tour busses. Being right next door to Brandenburg Gates, there are numerous demonstrations, but the police present, kept it safe, but for a larger demonstration the Police had blocked vehicle access to the hotel. This did mean getting a taxi was more difficult than normal. The breakfast offered had an excellent variety of options, staff were friendly and dishes prepared well with a reasonable choice for vegetarians The on-site facilities, such as the pool, jacuzzi, gym, were well-kept with helpful staff and a relaxing environment, also the separate elevator saved walking through the Hotel.

Fantastic location on Unter den Linden, right next to the Brandenburg gate. A gorgeous old building, beautifully maintained and tastefully decorated. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was a daily highlight with the most amazing dining room, super friendly service and a wide range of delectable dishes to choose from. Their Belgian waffles merit a special mention. We will definitely visit again!

We greatly appreciated the hotel's convenient location, with a station right in front for easy transportation. The large lounge area with a piano also added to the inviting and relaxing atmosphere.

The quality and quantity of the toiletries provided could be improved to align more closely with the standards typically seen at five-star hotels. I noticed that there is no turndown service offered during the stay. While not a dealbreaker, this is a nice touch that many guests, especially those staying in five-star properties, look forward to. The housekeeping staff does a good job of cleaning the room, but there is an opportunity to improve the tidiness and presentation of the space.

The staff is really committed, they try hard to make you welcome and comfortable. Valet parking a nice touch. In the room you can get to the toilet two ways, from the entry way and from the bathroom. Meaning that if one person bathes, you don't have to disturb them and are able to get to the "the throne" a different way. The shower is also very nice (two shower heads, one fixed to the ceiling, one hand held). The beds are very comfortable, pillows rather soft though, if you like that kind. There were slippers and robes in the room for each guest.

Some things offered are only available by specific request, like the turndown service in the evening. Or the newspapers. They will tell you "here's a list of newspapers you can get" but how you need to go about it, they aren't volunteering ... Don't look too closely at your room. Some of the wood here and there is scuffed. I do understand how that happens in a hotel over time. However at a hotel in that price range that should be fixed. The mini bar is not free, even though they are offering two bottles of complimentary water per day. You might have to stand in line to be seated for breakfast. It IS a very nice hotel but overall I think you definitely also pay for the famous name and the location.

The property itself is majestic. Soft marble, high ceilings and exquisite service. Perfection is the only word to describe it. The immaculate details in the presentation of the room and the attention given to each guest in the breakfast buffet went above and beyond. Everything is perfectly executed and without a hint of arrogance that sometimes is present in establishment of this quality. Every guest is made to feel at home. The kindness they showed my five-year-old daughter was heartwarming. I’ll be staying here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay in your hotel (Room 637) from September 24 - 27, 2024. We appreciate the surprise given to us upon our arrival. We were also delighted by the level of service given to us by the hotel employees. In particular, we would like to commend the services provided to us by Melanie Hermes, one of the staff assigned at the breakfast hall. We would not have thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast offerings if not for her excellent recommendations. She was pleasant, very attentive and responsive to our queries and requests. The breakfast buffet was really extraordinary, never had such a spread and good quality before. We didn't need anything more for that day. Everything was fresh and yummy and exceptionally delicious Bed and mattress were so comfortable, much better than at home My son liked the Currywurst in the lobby and we both enjoyed the Adlon cocktail very much

Instant coffee in the room was missing, I don't like the capsules. Hair dryer would have been good but perhaps I didn't find it Only very small issues regarding the wonderful experience

The hotel has the old world charm of a classic building with modern amenities. It occupies a prestigious location overlooking the Brandenburg Gate and close to many shopping areas and restaurants. At check-in I asked to be upgraded to a deluxe room, which was luckily available over looking one of the inner courtyards. The room is spacious and has all the modern amenities but the decor is a bit dated and can benefit from an update. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious but the flow is a bit weird. The room came with breakfast which was served in the first floor with seating arrangements in multiple locations some overlooking gardens and others overlooking the Brandenburg Gate. The food quality is good and the service level was excellent. Of particular note is Ibrahim and Phillip who went out of their way to make our breakfast experience, but one has to ask and sometimes insist on sitting on a particular as the host sometimes appear to want to sit you in any table and claim that the other is occupied. Always ask a waiter and most probably they will accommodate your request. Part of the breakfast rooms double as the two Michelin star restaurant, Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer ,a very nice dining experience indeed. Also there is the Brasserie Quarré, which also served superb dishes. On days where the weather is good they have a beautiful outdoor seating area. The concierge was very helpful in booking us a very nice family owned Italian restaurant ( Il Punto) with in walking distance from the hotel. Generally speaking almost all the hotel staff that I interacted with were extremely welcoming and helpful.

There isn’t much I did not like in this hotel, except to mention that the public toilets in the basement needed and better cleaning service. And the rooms can benefit from an upgrade but the hotel did mention that they are working on upgrading the rooms and sample rooms are being worked on during our stay. So hopefully next time we can see the upgrade mentioned.

Stayed here, dads and lads with my two sons, aged 16 and 21. There’s nothing you wouldn’t like. Amazing location, rooms, facilities and staff, pool area, spa, gym, steam/sauna. I could go on and on, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, we didn’t want to leave. Please book the breakfast, one of the best I’ve ever had anywhere and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. First time I’ve seen caviar on the breakfast buffet counter. So glad I added the breakfast option to my stay.

Just an observation The breakfast is on the first tloor, with no outside seating area. There is a restaurant in reception with an amazing outside area overlooking brandenberg gate, it would be a fantastic place for breakfast and is not used as a restaurant that early anyway. If I could have sat there and had my breakfast with the kids, I would have given the hotel 12 out of 10

On Monday july 29th, around 11 AM i ordered a Marini which was my fault instead of ordering Espresso Martini. The chief lady at the lobby bar brought my drink to the elephant bar, and i said oh sry i wanted the other one. She said in a rude way that you have to pay anyway for this drink. Of course i pay. It’s nothing in comparison to what we pay at this hotel. And i ordered again an espresso martini. This behavior in Adlon Kempinski is not acceptable for hotel guests.
