Rooms were clean . Breakfast quite good . Staff friendly . Location good . Bed good . Shower pressure good

It was 18 degrees outside so this is considered winter despite being march . The hotels policy is to not have the air conditioning on during “winter months” . This results in the room being very hot . The only way of relief is to open the window but there is 24/7 noise due to the location. Cars, delivery vans at 6am, drunks walking past shouting and singling songs . Police sirens . It was impossible to sleep. This would have been solved by simply putting the air con on and letting the customer decide if they want it hot or cold in the room .

Everything was amazing. Hotel is modern, room was very clean. Breakfasts were very good, there was something new every day. The location is just perfect, in a quiet area, walking distance from the main central attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels I've stayed ever. Great deal for the price they offer. Definitely would recommend this place and would stay here again when in Belgrade next time.

Single room was a bit tiny. I was ok with that as I did not stay long and did not spend much time in the room. But for longer stays, next time I'd go with a double-room.

- The location is super convenient (close to city centre, but then again a little away from the hustle and close to some nice restaurants); - Breakfast is fairly rich (Serbia, Continental, etc.); - Quick check-in; - Helpful staff; - Good espresso :) - Overall pretty fair value4money

- the IT connection could have been better or more robust, in particular in the room itself (i.e. the connectivity breaks off every now and then which is unusual for Belgrade hotels, cafes and restaurants, etc.);

Staff was great, location is pretty good too. Easy to catch a taxi or walk to the pedestrian areas. Room is modern and nice to stay, furniture is new.

Smoking is a huge problem in Belgrade and in the hotel. Despite "non-smoking" policy people are smoking everywhere (including adjacent rooms). I've complained and staff did something (it wasn't as bad as during 1st 2 nights). Again, staff was nice and apologetic, but policy enforcement were not

In our very first day in Belgrade a bad suprise hit us. We booked 2 twin rooms (the pictures of the room included two single beds) for 4 person via Booking.com. But during check-in Marija told us we only booked two single rooms for 2 person. I told that we can pay extra for additional two but the hotel was fully booked. Marija, with a calm smile on her face, helped us sincerely and gave us double rooms without any extra charge. She made our new years eve unforgettable. The hotel, its location, breakfast and bar were also amazing…No need to search any other place to stay in Belgrade, thanks for everything.

Large and spacious room. The room was very well equipped. Hotel is situated in a small and quiet road near the centre. Good soundproof to the inside and outside. Large bathroom with good shower and good quality towels. Very comfortable bed - although a bit small - with good quality linen. Good lighting. Everything very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff, though only at reception Excellent breakfast! Strong WiFi everywhere in the hotel.

The temperature in the room was always too hot although outside temperatures did not exceed 15 degrees on mid-day. It seemed that the air conditioner functioned only as a fan. Even the lowest temperature setting had no cooling effect. Thus, the cooling was done through the open window. Quite cramped breakfast room.

The staff were so friendly and polite. the location was perfect.

The spa was not what I expected and the jacuzzi and sauna were super cold. some of the decor is a little aged. for example the surround on the bathroom sink is disintegrating and I got a small wound due to this. there was only tea and no coffee in the complimentary set in the room. The breakfast is ok if you don’t go for the meat etc. Salmon, meat and other items left in the warm room with no chiller actually led to a stomach upset. avoid these items at all cost!!

This Hotel deserved 5* It was amazing.Nothing to fault at all. Lovely friendly Staff on reception Greeted with a hello and smile everyday Room was exceptional .. one of the most comfortable beds ever! Aircon was excellent! Bathroom lovely fresh towels everyday unlike other hotels I stayed in before! Breakfast good with a varied choice of hot and cold food.

There was nothing I did not like

Ladies and gents at the reception were always very helpful... to find the place in the city, giving advices on the spots which are the most attractive to visit. To reserve a car in advance, etc. Good breakfast. Milk, coffee, cheeses, meat, ham with eggs, yogurts, some dry fruits plus fresh juices are there, etc.

In my case I didn't like the view from the window, but I doubt that it's possible to change anything there :)

Room is ok, spacious enough, excellent WIFI. Bathroom is a bit small but with big shower, water pressure is also OK. Breakfast selection a bit limited but everything is fresh and tasty. Friendly and effective staff. Great location in the center of old city.

Bathroom needs a bit more space, furniture needs refreshment. Parking only for six cars if you are lucky, you can be blocked if you want to get out. Bar open only until 10 PM :-(
