First of all, the hotel is located at the most central point, so it is extremely convenient. The room as well as the reception and the breakfast lounge , were neat, modern and super clean. I loved the breakfast, I have eaten everyday like there is no tomorrow! The greatest part was the service. All the staff was extremely polite, pro and helpful. I would like to thank especially Alexander from reception, who has gone beyond the extra mile, by helping me getting back my mobile phone, that has been fallen in the gap between my bed and the wall. (from my own mistake). The bed was immobilized, so it was a hard task to take the phone out! I asked for help at 5.00 am, he arrived immediately,and handled the case in a way which I will never forget, Thank you all for everything! I will definately be back :)

As I mentioned in my last review, the property is very central and walking distance to all local attractions. Excellent staff that help you with every aspect of visiting Belgrade. particularly Aleks who works on the nightshift helped me again to let me know about a kiosk that was open at midnight and could add money to my simcard. This time, I took full advantage of the gym and sauna facilities and really enjoyed myself. The breakfast selection was excellent with a wide variety of meats, veggies, breads, cereals and cheeses.

The hotel is very elegant in a really nice area (the center of Belgrade) and everything was near by (monuments, shopping, restaurants), also, the staff is wonderful, so polite and helpful people, from the people that work at the reception till the women and guys that work to the maid service! Least but not last, the breakfast is great, there is variety and everything was so tasty.

Great value hotel a 5 minute walk away from. Republic Square. For the rate I paid it was exceptional. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with air conditioning. Nice room facilities with a desk, kettle with tea and coffee, with lots of TV channels and a working safe. Very tasty breakfast with lots of options, both meat and vegetarian.i particularly liked the mixed salads and croissants. Plenty of nice bars and restaurants in the local area which felt extremely safe.

Nothing, it was a perfect stay! For the UK traveller, Belgrade is a relatively unknown but underrated destination that should be on your list!

The hotel is very close to the centre of Belgrade and all the main attractions are within easy walking distance. The staff are very professional, multi lingual and a pleasure to deal with. The hotel is modern, very chic , ideal for business and leisure travellers. My room was of a reasonable size, very comfortable and air conditioned with is definitely a bonus due to the hot summers Serbia receives. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options and a cool room to have it in. The hotel is probably the best value for the level of service you receive in all of Belgrade.

very friendly and helpful staff, especially Aleks who works on the nightshift reception. He showed me around when I arrived and took me to the gym and Sauna so I know where everything is if I want to exercise anytime. I got great advice about sim cards, things to do and they also helped me to book my vaccine directly by email before my trip. The hotel itself is very clean comfortable and central, you could walk everywhere from here but taxis are cheap. The breakfast was continental buffet with a great selection of cheese, meats, eggs, sausages, mushrooms, fresh fruit, cereal, bread rolls, tea coffee, yoghurt juice etc. totally delicious.

Receptionist was in the back as I arrived, but he came out once he heard me enter the hotel. They upgraded my room, so I had more space. This was a nice surprise. Breakfast is sufficient, but it does get a bit busy at times. The Russian style salad was great. Location was super close to the old town, the main shopping street, and the going out area. There is a bathrobe in the room, which I also liked! The mini bar prices are very reasonable.

The walls are thin, so I heard the phone from my neighbouring guests vibrating all night long. This prevented me from getting a really good night's sleep. Some pillow cases had weird hair on it, which was a bit gross.

First of all staff members were extremely friendly and helpful! Location was great as it’s right in the center. My room on 5th floor had an amazing view on the city. Moreover, hotel helped me to organize my vaccination.

- The staff members Nikola and Savo (maybe I am misspelling them) were very good and friendly. - The location was perfect, it has good restaurants nearby and everything is within walking distance. - Breakfast was also good, it had everything I wanted. - Room and bathroom were clean. Internet was also good.

- I did not bother me because I was travelling alone, but the bed is located near walls (at least in my room). So, there is no way of going out (or into) the bed without waking up your partner.

The hotel is in the centre of the city. It is easy to attend all the interesting places in Brlgrade The hotel provides a delicious breakfast. The bar is open until 10pm. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are comfortable and have tea making facilities. The shower is spacious. And the hand held shower is useful. But if you prefer the ceiling shower is very refreshing.
