March 2023

The breakfast was great. You're choosing from the menu and you can choose any two portions. The menu is based on the omelette with various of choices. Also cheese plate, fruit and comfiture plate (butter, jam and honey). The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean. Rooms are getting renovated step by step. Our bathroom was renovated. Room was cleaned everyday and the towels renewed everyday. Wifi was excellent and working in the whole hotel. Staffs are very helpfull, smiling and polite. Especially Gagi (thanks again for everything), Duscan and the young lady at the reception desk (i don't know her name). You can reach the hotel from airport by bus (no.72) but it's better to take a shuttle. Hotel will help you for shuttle. The bus was so crowded. Get off at the final destination (Zelenivac) and then it takes 10 min. by walking. You can reach everywhere from the hotel by walking easily. In the summer time you can also use the sitting area in front of the hotel. We couldn't use because we stayed at March 2023. You'll see a sitting man statue. The entrance of hotel is near that man. It's like a corridor.

There was nothing at all. The AC's performance was not enough for heating. I told it before we leave i guess the problem was solved. We stayed at the room 101. At the outside of hotel there was a door opening to the next street. The street is full of bars. Late at the night the door is beeing used as a shortcut. People who use this door make noises. Maybe hotel management could find a solution for this.

The hotel is adjoint to the restaurant facing the main street where traditional food is served in many other restaurants. My suite was 2 storied, pretty enough space for one or two persons. Breakfast is served a la carte by a waiter, you may chose any 2 dishes, quite substantial and good. Amiable personnel, helped with all questions.

Taxi stops few hundred meters from the hotel which is in pedestrian area, so if you have much luggage you need take this into account, as road of the pedestrian street is made of stones, for me though it was ok. Also a little bit load in some suites facing the restaurant area but again for me it was good and made alive atmosphere.

Great location, the receptionist was so amazing and couldn’t do enough to help, she deserves to be paid a lot more money, the night porter was also great. I just hope that the hotel owners understand how much that their great staff contribute. Favourite hotel but only due to the welcoming and diligent staffing. Very difficult to find though, it’s no where near the bookings dot com map, walk down further, it’s on the right, just before the bronze statue of a man sat down. Excellent air conditioning, had to put a jumper on.

Great breakfast (Thank you Gagi) , very caring and helpful staff, very good localisation I was woken up every day by the smell of the Balkan grill and the sounds of the akordeon

Too few power outlets (but they supplied us with an extension cord when we asked with no problem) The smart TV didn't have YouTube app or internet connection (but had a whole channel dedicated to westerns so I'm fine with that)

Great location, very close to the city center, excelent breakfast and extremely helpfull staff. Clean & comfortable room. If you travel by car and will ask for a parking place, you will receive precise and details indications so that it will be very easy to park, despite the fact that hotel is located on a pedestrian street. I recomad it!

Due to the fact that the hotel is located near the street with famous restaurants in the center of Belgrade, sometimes it can be noisy.

Excellent selection for breakfast and HUGE portion! Served by the excellent Gagi 😊 He went out of his way to make us our beautiful milky coffee each morning. Lovely reception staff 👍 And a special mention for the reception staff Slada and Dusan. Slada came to the rescue when I a "bad nail" day 💅😊 making an appointment for me at a local salon. Many thanks 💕 Also to Gagi for providing us with a great packed lunch on our departure date, as we were leaving too early to have breakfast. Just great service 👍

Only 2 small things. One. that there could be a sign on the street with the hotel name? It's tucked away in a lane and a little hard to find. Second is to be aware that there will be a little noise from the surrounding area. But if you want to be in the middle of a popular area you must expect that. It didn't trouble us at all.

The location was excellent. 5 mins walk to the main square and in the heart of the 'old town' surrounded by bars and traditional restaurants ........ but without the noise once back in the hotel. The staff.!!..very accomodating, helpful and friendly. special mention to Gagi who waited on us at breakfast and the guy on reception (sorry I can't remember his name) ....... who helped massively in helping us navigate around the city on buses and sorting how to get a ticket to go see Red Star play......... Nothing was too much trouble

The rooms, as per many other reviews, were alittle small (201 & 202) and probably in need of 'freshening up' but big enough for afew days. That said, we saw (when doors were open) larger rooms which looked to be have been recently done There was a kettle in the room ..............but no coffee or milk

The staff were extremely friendly, especially Gagi, who served breakfast with a smile and the ladies on reception. Airconditioning in the room was great. Room was very small and lacked plug sockets. Bed was comfortable and room was relatively quiet considering the hotel's location. I would stay here again and would recommend.

Lack of plug sockets. Only 3 coat hangers. Bathroom shabby and dated.

Great location, very kind and nice, helpful staff (especially Dusan), if anything needed, they always been there to help you - as a traveller, I can say that I barely met these kind of nice staff members before.

Just be aware that the hotel is at the quite noisy area, especially weekends and the walls were a bit old so might need a bit of painting but overall these things didn't bother me at all as I didn't stay all day long in the hotel and I was tired enough to have a good sleep :)

The staff of the hotel is friendly, helpful and always available. The location is in the old city where many attractions are at a walking distance. The Skadarska street has several excellent restaurants. The good breakfast is politely served, and the selection of menu is good.

The hotel should have clear signs in the Skadarska street to advice to the narrow side alley of the entrance. In the midnight, after a long tiring travel day and left a bit further by a taxi, one easily loses the way (the street is only for pedestrians). It would also have been nicer to get a separate bed or at least individual plankets instead of sharing a double bed with my sister.
