We went for the spa and it was very nice. Three saunas, two pools (a big and little one) and a jacuzzi. The breakfast was very good as well. The location of the hotel is great with coffee shops and restaurants around and a nice walk along the river.

Parking was very expensive (39 euros). Everything else was nice.

View was breathtaking and all stuff so helpful from receptionist to room service to my lovely massage therapist and ladies in spa reception. And btw I accommodate myself just for concert of dua lipa and guess who else stay in hotel? Yes her and maaany other famous people. If you wanna feel like star book your stay there

The hotel's location offers beautiful riverside walks with stunning views in a perfectly manicured neighborhood. The Zion Spa has an unbeatable view and atmosphere. My dog was welcomed with a pet treat which he excitedly appreciated. I appreciated the room coffeemaker easy to handle with good quality coffee capsules. I also appreciated the art collection in the hallways.

I would expect a grandiose flower arrangement in the entrance hall with a subtle scent. I stayed in the Junior Suite and I have found certain furniture outworn, the TV was not smart and the screen quality was rather low. I would also expect perfect grooming standards from staff, the lady at the front desk had a worn-off manicure. At the time of my stay, one of the two steam rooms was not operable as well as the cold pool.

Amazing location with great view. Close to old town and many restaurants. Ideal for walks along the river. Breakfast had great selection. Very professional and helpful staff. Spa was excellent with big pool and wellness area with saunas and whirlpool.

Blinds on windows did not work properly. Windows in our room were quite dirty which was a shame because the view from our room was amazing. Had to plug in the TV in the room and discovered months of dust behind the desk.

Excellent service from the hotel staff. Really felt like 5-star service. The executive lounge was amazing and regularly serviced by staff with fresh food, drinks and alcohol. The breakfast buffet was hands down the best I’ve ever had, aside from a 5-star hotel I’ve been to in Fiji, but very close in quality and choice. All in all a lovely place to stay and I hope to return soon!

Location is prime, over the Danube, several celebrities were around the area, from abroad as well local, so the atmosphere was elegant however relaxed, easy in and out, parking facilities on-site, while you figure it out how to get to, the elevators get you directly to and from the floor to the garage. Concierge and hospitality were extremely up to par, knowledgeable and courteous, spoke several languages, including fluent English, direct access to the Danube river walk and a fantastic restaurant and wine cellar plus bar facilities, definitively a MUST when you are in Bratislava.

Very clean room, spacious, with comfortable beds. Great friendly and helpful staff, especially Maria, a trainee receptionist who checked me in and out. She was extremely kind friendly helpful efficient and professional. I had to shorten my stay and she was accomodating and helped me work it out without paying a fine. Everything is done with a smile and you get the feeling that everyone really wants to do the very best for you.

The lounge was not open on time, and at least when I was there the buffet only had cold drinks tea and coffee.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, nice location, bed very comfortable.

We couldn’t use the bath as the water didn’t get warm enough. Also the pressure in the shower head was very low. We couldn’t regulate the temperature of the aircon but the staff was very helpful fixing the issue when we informed reception.

Best hotel in Bratislava. Real 5 star accomodation.

Lobby bar closed at peak summer season is very strange. The restaurant is okey for breakfast but for lunch or dinner is not the best choice in the locality. The restaurant is a real place for improvement in a perfect hotel.
