Complejo Belroy 4* Sup

Buffet breakfast excellent, location of hotel excellent, not too far from strip or from the old town, pool area nude and clean, liked that although we were b&b there is a fridge in the room 👍

From a Womens point of view, plug sockets not situated near mirror so when doing hair/make up not ideal. Understand there is a hairdryer and sockets in bathroom but with no fan in there too steamy/hot to use after shower. Shower rails and attachments could do with upgrading as our shower head kept slipping down, no plug socket where kettle was situated

The hotel location is perfect about half way between the old town and the new town. The reception staff were very helpful, polite and welcoming. The buffet breakfast has a good choice and was well laid out and not over crowded. Although we did not use all the factilies on site they are there if you need them, we will no doubt return and use them next time. We had a lunch in the Paris cafe, again staff were good and food was tasty, ideal for a drink stop or quick bite to eat. We also had dinner in 'umai', the Japanese restaurant on site, which was amazing! Great choice on the menu, fantastic food, some of the best sushi we have had, really fresh well presented and again staff very good. It was a pleasure to eat here and would highly recommend it. Would also not hesitate to recommend the belroy hotel and will certainly book to return in the future.

The Deluxe Room on the corner of the seventh floor was stunning with floor to ceiling glass walls and a fantastic view of Benidorm and the sea. The room was huge with a massive bed and a double spa bath! The linen and towels were great quality and breakfast was excellent. The position of the hotel midway between the new and the old town and a few minutes from the beach is perfect

The lifts were a bit slow and the pool area isn’t huge but there is a spacious terrace

The hotel was located near the beach (on the second line)... 1-2 minutes. The room was nice and clean, the bed was amazing. The towels were changed every day. The breakfast and the dinner (noted 10+), always diversity (fish ,pig ,beef, sea fruits). The drinks at the breakfast were at the best quality. The bus station it's in the front of the hotel (for the tram station)

The minibar doesn't work (even if you bring something colder, will stay for 2 hours). If you keep it in the room will remain much colder than in the minibar)

it was a last minute booking, I travelled with my 2 sons. so we got a superior triple room. 2 twin beds and a convertible sofa that we found to be not very comfortable. My son got down to reception and asked for another twin bed in the room and it was there in no time! Thank you very much- good sleep is essential on vacation. Closed windows kept all the sounds of noisy street away.

the safety deposit box is locked by the key that you have to carry around with you on the beach. I would prefer a code instead of a key :) the bottom of the beach was not sand, but concrete blocks but it’s not hotel’s fault

The place was spotless. Superfriendly staff. Valera hairdryer in the bathroom and decent bodywash and shampoo. The hotel was also very quiet and close proximity to the main strip of bars and 2 mins to the beach

We paid a supplement for a panoramic view, which from the photos provided look like a high room with sea view. We were in the second building on the 1st floor overlooking the pool. The lighting in the entry hall was a motion light . .not great when 3 women are trying to get ready at the big mirror. You can hire an iron for a 20e deposit but no ironing board.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Very comfortable, clean and beautiful hotel. Close to the center, close to the beach, perfect swimming pool and extra terrace with sun loungers. A very comfortable place, ideal for relaxation. Lovely and very helpful staff. We used the meals served at the hotel. The food is very tasty and varied. Very efficient and professional service.

I’ve stayed in the Belroy twice now and both times have been fantastic. So much so I’ve recommended Ed it to friends and family who are also going to Benidorm next year. The location is so close to the beach and bang in the centre of the strip and the old town. Staff are always lovely (shout out to Jake on reception who was lovely in helping us). Rooms are always clean, modern and perfect to stay in.

There were 21 of us altogether across 3 bookings and every single person said the same thing..........The Belroy was the best place we'd stayed in Benidorm. In particular, excellent staff who were all friendly, patient, efficient and professional. You can have a great hotel, but without the staff to match, it means nothing. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean and brilliantly located. Could not ask for better. We hope to return to Benidorm in the future and if we can get a similar deal with The Belroy, I am sure we'd stay there again.

Breakfast wasn't great, but a minor detail really and plenty of places nearby if it's not for you.

They took €200 out my bank as a holding deposit when we checked in and it’s never been refunded!! Even after letting them know they said it was my banks fault but assured me they wouldn’t take it out my bank in the 1st place as it was a holding deposit for any damages
