Very clean well maintained

Nothing short and sweet

The location is perfect for old and new town but quiet at night. The room was excellent. Staff friendly. Seven seas bar has entertainment and discounted drinks for residents. Breakfast is good with eggs cooked to order. Cleaner came to room every day to make beds and provide fresh towels

In the first floor rooms you can only see over the balcony when standing. Shower leaks all of the floor as the door is not sealed correctly, same at previous stay on 3rd floor superior room.

Great location. Very clean. Friendly & helpful staff. No problem getting a sun lounger. Good selection of food for Breakfast & evening meal. Overall great atmosphere.

Poor air con in Bedroom.

The hotel is in a great location, two streets back from the Levante Beach and an easy walk to the old town of Benidorm and onwards to Poniente Beach. spotlessly clean and great value for money. From the start we were welcomed to the hotel by the friendly reception staff. We were on B&B tariff. The breakfasts were fantastic, the restaurant staff very attentive, going out of their way to provide gluten-free options for one of our party. Ate in one evening, at a very reasonable cost, excellent food and lots of it. Make sure you take advantage of the hotel loyalty card when you arrive - if you load your hotel keycard with just a few Euros you get up to 15% off food and drink in the restaurant and in the bar and cafe and even off the car parking fee. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Can’t think of any negatives at all.

The breakfast buffet was great. The dinner buffet could have offered soft drinks and water to be included with the evening meal. We could be told that there were pamphlets in the corner by reps desk. Only found them on day before leaving.

Could have offered drinks with evening meal the same as breakfast time. Pool could be open for us wanting a cold swim. Room was on the wrong side. Next time I’ll ask for the sunny side so we can make use of balcony.

Breakfast was good, lots of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful I slept really well so no issues with the bed. The Hotel was very clean and central to pretty much all of the clubs and bars, the beach is a 2 minute walk so all good really.

I could not find an English speaking channel on the TV but I wasn't really that bothered however some people might think that's important. When showering the shower door did not close flush in my room {101} so the water flooded the rest of the bathroom. I lost my heart medication in the room, I am not really sure if I mislaid it or one of the maids accidentally threw it in a bin, either way I sorted it on my return to the UK.

The room, view was really lovely. The wardrobe space was excellent. Size of TV was great. The location was great, very close to the beach and shops and bars. Entertainment the Saturday night was great. Live music. You can get 15% discount on all drinks even in the restaurant with registering your room card at the reception, you put money on the card, and any not spent you get back.

The size of the restaurant is small and long queues waiting for cooked food, the choice of food was not great. In the corner were you get Water and Coffee, this area is very crowded, waiting to get a drink when the Covid Virus is still about. PEOPLE not wearing the plastic gloves provided as you walk in, people touching everything with no gloves on.

Nothing to complain about at all. Only minor concern was overheard offering drinks to customers for a review but they didn't need to as the hotel sold itself.

Very centrally located, between Old Town and Strip but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. It’s a small hotel with a small pool area but clean and friendly staff

I'd stayed in this hotel before in December when helping a friend move. The location is great as there is different entertainment places nearby, loads of eating and drinking places close by and there is a bus stop to get around the Benidorm area at the end of Calle Gerona.

I found the walls to be thin and if you have a chair scraper or door slammer next to you, it can be annoying.
