The hotel is fantastic, the location is fantastic. It has been and still is being modernised. Reception staff are very helpful bar staff are great. We would definitely recommend it. It was my birthday, and a bottle of Champagne was left in our room with 2 glasses, which was a nice touch.

We had a 7.30am pick up on our last morning. We were unable to get a coffee or any toast/ cereal.etc we paid for 3 nights B&B, and we only got 2 breakfasts. The hotel could do with arranging some food and drink for early morning return travellers.

Great place to relax and to party, fantastic location. Decor very modern throughout hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Half board: lovely dining area with floor to ceiling windows over looking the beach. A delicious variety of food for evening meal & breakfast. Hot and Cold buffet. Staff extremely helpful. Nice pool over looking the beach front. Great vibe, live music, super strawberry daiquiri cocktails!!

Finding the hotel was no problem, however Detailed Directions on accessing parking area prior to arrival would have been advantageous. 

The location of the hotel, the friendly staff and how clean it was. The room was spotless the bed was so comfortable and the pillows were so comfortable also. The pool was spotless so all in all I was very impressed. Definitely will be coming back here again.

Nothing to complain about, except one day at pool came back later and my prescription glasses, my loose change and sunscreen had gone missing, asked at reception and at bar and told they hadn’t been handed in. That’s the only thing I wasn’t impressed with.

Location is amazing, the hotel was clean, our room was with street view. Very quiet place during night, but only if your windows are not facing the sea/first line, as there are lots of bars with music and people walking/talking almost anytime of night. The overall impression of the hotel was good. Just to mention, if noise from outside won't bother you, your neighbours might, as there is no insulation in the rooms, we could hear our neighbours, even when they were talking in a normal voice. Other than this, everything was nice.

On arrival, the staff were both friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The view towards the sea was magnificent. The dining room was clean and tidy, and the choice at breakfast covered every choice imaginable. The poolside bar provided an excellent choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The staff were again friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We will stay here again.

The location was ideal, the staff were amazing especially Zahara, it was my birthday on the Friday and some Prosecco, birthday cake and a very nice card were delivered to my room in the afternoon. The hotel was nicely decorated and we had a great balcony right on the beach front, breakfast was great especially the omelette bar. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you team

Location was excellent, could nip to the beach and easy pop back to room and the food was exceptional a good verity and different every day. like the smaller friendly hotel feel.

nothing really on the whole it was excellent, could of done with a light in the dressing area of room where the mirror is. could do with a few more beds around the pool as people tend to put towels on them and dont use them !!

Perfect location! Rooms were lovely and catered for everything you may need! Pool was lovely and the breakfast was the best I have ever had!

Not enough sun loungers, quite often some guests would put towels on them in the morning and then don’t use them till late afternoon. Hotel needs to follow a policy of not reserving sun loungers.

Very close to the beach, shops etc. Wheelchair friendly. Clean public restrooms. Excellent poolside service. Entertainment during day and early evening.
