Hotel Deloix 4* Sup

Excellent again, 6th visit perfect stay, amazing hotel, rooms, facilities, pools including roof top, food great, enough for every everyone from salad bar to hot plate.

Entertainment staff...not sure entertainment is the right word, pretty poor, havent got children those ages now, if i did would be disappointed, they need to realise that there is British children in the audience, interpret for the them and the parents, last gripe when we came to Hotel 10 years ago music was played round the pool, when after the aerobics the music was turned off half the pool booed, leave the music on all day?

The activities for the kids, the staff from the kitchen it was kind, Maria from the play area.

We had ants in our room, witch it was on the 2nd floor. we also had to pay for our car park, inside the hotel, it was told it cost 10€/ day, but we payed 120€/10 days. When I booked the hotel, they didn’t have all inclusive, just full board, and we had to pay every time we take water on lunch and dinner. And finally, we did not asked for any beer and water in the room, they put it in the fridge, of course we drink it and when we checked out, we had to pay for them.

Loved the location, not too far from restaurants and beach if you don’t mind a walk. Lovely big reception area which is cold when you walk in, nice pool area with jacuzzi and great for those with mobility issues as they have rails that lead down into pool. The spa is also nice. We had dinner one evening and the food was good.

The pillows were far too soft they did change them but still not firm enough, no tea coffee making facilities the room.

Very comfortable room, good selection of food very helpful and friendly staff.

The children and their was many had their entertainment at night this was OK but they were allowed to run riot for the rest of the evening spoiling the adults entertainment the lounge became a children's playground, this was not the fault of the hotel but the fault of the children's parents who so long as the children didn't spoil their evening didn't care about anyone else, the same wonderful people also allowed their children to maul the food in the restaurant at meal times which I found very unhygienic.

The property is situated in a great location , near to the Benidorm Palace and a selection of lovely bars and restaurants nearby. It’s a 20 minute walk into the edge of the new town but there is enough entertainment local to the hotel if you don’t want the hustle and bustle every day. The facilities in the rooms are excellent, food is good and the hotel is spotless. Also the grounds of the hotel are lovely, which includes an garden area which is peaceful. The pool area is spotless and the toilets both inside the reception and in the pool area are also very clean. The reception and bar area is a welcoming place to sit and all staff are helpful and friendly. We have been regular visitors to the hotel and will always stay at this property when we come to Benidorm.

There is nothing negative that I can say about the hotel,the only point which would make the hotel better for me personally would be to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

It’s peaceful and the pool is perfect for sunbathing, it has no high riser’s and the balcony is private and shaded so rooms are cool. Been going to this hotel for years now and would recommend to anybody, it’s a 20minute walk to the beach but the bus stop is right outside €1.60 and takes you to old town , but we love the walk

The roof top pool wasn’t open again! It only opens in July but doesn’t tell you that when booking

This is a really nice hotel. It's a good walk to the beach which suited us fine as we like a daily walk. You then have the advantage of being away from noisy bars. There is great parking at the hotel. It's a great place to stay if your visiting the Benidorm Palace. The room was very nice with a large balcony.

Although the food was fine the restaurant is a bit like a canteen. We were there on Christmas Eve and could not fault the effort the staff put into the buffett food. Do not expect a refined restaurant.

Hotel was beautiful from all aspects, very well maintained and kept extremely clean. Staff were fantastic and very friendly. Good choice of hot and cold options at breakfast. Great location, really peaceful and quiet but only a 10 minute walk down to the main strip and nightlife. Lots of family friendly entertainment venues just a few minutes walk away, plus shops and restaurants. Pool area was great, plenty of sun loungers available but not over crowded and had a really nice atmosphere. There is a really nice mini splash park for younger children just around the corner from the main pool. Already booked to go back in September!

Great hotel, very clean and the staff are always helpful, this was our second time staying and we will definitely be back, entertainment is good and the facilities are very good. Its just a short walk to the busier part of Benidorm which we liked as its a bit quieter than the lively part at night. Rooms are very clean and modern.

The only thing I can say is that as we are British the menu is very Spanish, our youngest girl is picky and found it hard to get something but she did always end up with something and the variety is very good

It is our second time at this hotel, everything was fantastic. The team is friendly and helpful, we loved the swimming pools, food is great and the waiters are competent and very nice. The activities for children are great and the animators very sweet and engaging. Without a doubt, we will come back.
