The hotel was overall pretty good, it was in more calm location outside of some beachfront or really busy part of city, you are still in walkable distance to excellent beach or docks which are pretty busy place at night, you can also take bus easily to magaluf or palma for some better night life. Services at the hotel were good, cleaning of rooms was on point, food was good in general although for some people it can get repetitive, hotel facilities such as spa and pool were also pretty good but you needed to go pretty early for pool to get a bed otherwise people left the towels on them for whole day. Otherwise the staff was excellent.

Rooms were for sure a bit of dissapointment for the price with showers being outright bad, it looked like there was bath before but they change it to shower but without any curtain or glass wall so water was everywhere. Also it would be nice to have it a bit more private in there. Some other let downs were that pool and beach could get full from early morning and maybe that you needed to pay for drinks at the dinner.

Good location,breakfast was good my thoughts are with a little tweak here and there it could be special felt a bit impersonal.we booked because of gym equipment was brand new again it looked half finished a lot of wasted space I run three gyms and for very little money it could be excellent

The spa was a disappointment looks very jaded a few things not working quality of towels were dreadful.Staff tried there best but it felt very much like a short stay hotel.On check out day we were being picked up at 5/00am asked for continental breakfast we’re given packed lunch in a bag asked for coffee sorry no despite a coffee machine behind bar at reception or a thermos made up at night as I said little things that would lift quality of service.

Great location. Excellent restaurants close by. The room was great and was kept very clean with maid service every day. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Although the Spa facilities were very extensive and the indoor pool area was also included, some of the areas could be a bit cleaner (around the jets and edges of Jacuzzi, pool tiles in places) The pool was very difficult to enter and the ladder on one side was a bit unstable. Getting out wasn’t particularly easy also.

Perfect location short walk to the port and a lovely beach A few beautiful restaurants and shops are on the doorstep. Comfortable clean rooms brilliant gym. Didn't eat the breakfast, so I can't comment on food

The walls are very thin so you can hear everything in the hallway and your neighbours but tbh it was quite by 12 pm so wouldn't stop me booking again. Maybe just take some ear plugs The pool area was a little dirty and needed a good sweep up, and the sunbeds could have been washed off but only spent 1 hour by the pool, so I didn't mind too much .. There is too much going on elsewhere, so I enjoyed the beach most days

Great location to visit Palma. Free parking on site on a " first come, first serve" policy and direct bus to the city to avoid having to find parking in Palma. Quiet neighbourhood, with restaurants and supermarkets around the corner. A small beach is 5 min walk away. Fantastic breakfast and pleasant staff at the restaurant, bar and reception . The rooms are spacious, modern with a large balcony overlooking the pool/garden

The spa is poorly managed and really small. When the therapists are busy with treatments, there is no one to monitor the groups of teenagers who take the spa for an amusement park. Probably pleasant during quieter times with civilized guests.

Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and nicely presented. There was a fantastic selection of food at breakfast. The pool staff were friendly and helpful and the pool area was clean. The location was okay, about a 10 minutes walk downhill to the main harbour. A steep walk uphill to get back!

We requested rooms with a view and were overlooking the flat roof of the hotel with no view whatsoever. The fruit at breakfast was mainly tinned which was disappointing. The staff at breakfast were almost too efficient, constantly hovering around your table trying to take plates away before you had even finished. It was irritating at times. The food at the pool snack bar for lunch was very average - we only ate there once.

The Hotel location was perfect. Lots of restaurants in the area, beach was walking distance less than 10mins. Supermarket nearby as well as walking spots. Room was modern, clean at its best. Staff were very friendly. We had to request a room change as the room given had no view this was accommodated on the spot we got moved from 1st floor to 4th floor with lovely view. Had to extend for another 2 nights as we loved our stay.

Breakfast was average could be better. Lack of sound proofing you can hear neighbours slamming doors and moving furniture which was very annoying.

Amazing breakfasts, plenty or choices and always topped up, good quality delicious food too. Very clean and good service. Rooms modern and amazingly comfortable massive bed which makes such a nice change from the usual twin beds pushed together. Good facilities, I don’t have young kids but even a little soft play and ball pit area for them! mini golf, pools indoor and out. Helpful staff.

Unfortunately the Wi-Fi wasn’t available in the room, had to go to the corridor or reception to get it to work which apparently was a problem in other rooms but they’re “working on it” not the end of the world though. They gave us free parking to make up for it, and were very polite and apologetic.

Hotel rooms look pretty modern with a really attractive bathroom. The location is pretty nice too if you want to head into the port or the nearby beaches. Minibar, small fridge, hangars, and your typical toiletries. The breakfast was included and it was okay, typical food for the English as there are many here your selections of hams fruit and a small Majorcan corner. Pool looked really nice but I didn't enjoy it as I was out pretty much all day. Parking costs here as there almost isn't any parking available.

I thought it was a bit much for my stay considering where the previous place was. No free parking can really be a problem. Room seemed a bit small but it was just me so meh.

The people working there are really nice. I liked the gym facilities,clean just missing water in the water fountain. The spa access it's a great thing to have, especially in bad weather days.sauna,ham,indoor pool with gets I had a massage as well which was surprisingly really good!! Breakfast was a great spread,you can order your own omelette as well.great addition was infused water and takeaway cups.. Pool was nice as well. Around area has some bars and restaurants within 10min walk is the marina with a lot more restaurants bars

The only thing I did not like was the luck maybe of sound proofing. Like my neighbours slammed their door and woke me up.they were a variety of guest groups.from families to 20smthg party people.so it depends on your neighbours I guess.nevertheless I would visit again.just for the spa, breakfast and stuff.
