FERGUS Style Palmanova - Adults Only

Everything was fine.

There was a large group of young men staying at the same time as us. They were quite loud and coarse. Not sure why they booked this hotel. They were completely out of place. The hotel had a word with them and they seemed to get the message. Not really the hotel's fault.

This hotel is fantastic! The location is perfect, situated directly across the road from the public beach. The hotel has a very modern feel and the room that we stayed in was very comfortable, overlooking the pool. The Safe in the room is provided free of charge and that is a small fridge with complementary bottles of water provided. The breakfast every morning was fantastic! And even provided as much complementary champagne as you want! I have never seen bottomless free champagne at breakfast before and this was fantastic! The staff at the hotel were fantastic and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. In particular Reka, Sandro and Agata were fantastic. Very friendly and very helpful, always providing us with information on what is good to see and how to get there. We were given a welcome drink of champagne by Reka upon arrival which is a very nice touch. Reka also recommended several restaurants to us which we visited and they were fantastic. We had a fantastic time at this hotel and will certainly return mainly because we got on so well with the very friendly staff, who I have mentioned above. They really are a credit to the hotel. In my opinion this is the best location in Palmanova, 20 seconds from the beach, supermarket, local bars and restaurants. The bus stop that takes you to Palma, Magaluff and the airport is within 5 minutes walk along the main road. I'm summary, fantastic hotel with fantastic staff, a stones throw away from everything you could want in Palmanova.

Pool very samll, bathroom stinks when air conditioner was not opened

The hotel is located right on the main strip, across the road from the beach, making it ideal for a few days of rest at the beach. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, and the pool area was very spacious. We had a beach facing room with a balcony and the view was great. The hotel staff were very helpful and assisted with our requests. We made use of the hotel bar and they did not disappoint with the drinks they provided. We also made use of the relaxation room and organised a massage which was fantastic!

The rooms were very small in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in. The buffet breakfast was ok and we found ourselves skipping it most mornings.

Lovely staff. The hotel is very clean and smells great. Fantastic breakfast. Pool area is brilliant because it’s not overly busy and plenty of sun beds - I respect the policy of removing towels left on them after 30 minutes, it takes away the chaotic scramble you get in some hotels and really works with the vibe of the hotel. Rooms looked great, made up every day if you want them to be. Loved the shower room.

I was probably just unlucky but I think I got the worst located room on property due to my check in time. It seemed to be above or near the kitchen bar and was also on route to pool so I heard a lot of external noise. But this didn’t detract from the stay and I’d stay here again

Super friendly staff. Always attentive and customer oriented. Hairdryer works for long hair as well - not the tiny travel type as.usually in hotels. The hotel parking is comfy and cars remain in the shady backyard of the hotel (which is super for summer days). The sauna in the ground floor is private if you like and relaxing after a windy and chilly day. Just the loyly is a bit difficult to handle.

The night lighting on the balcony ceiling was disturbing. Couldn't open the door for fresh air. The toilet seat was too small for Europeans and was probably ordered from Asia. The beds were to soft and not firm. We thought those would need to be renewed. The silicone sealant seals in the bathroom were dirty and due to replace. Not many detail had been given to place them correctly.

The service in the hotel was second to none. Every one of the staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any request I had immediately. The Chefs were so responsive to any request the food was fresh even the Tuna on the salad bar was fresh tuna. The freshly made omelettes were made with a big smile every day. (Thank you for such a lovely stay and dont change anything of the Hotel.

As the Bathroom in the hotel rooms was open plan in most of the rooms it would not be suitable for friends sharing.

Breakfast was excellent, staff were so friendly and organised, room was good, beds made every day and towels changed. The only area that was disappointing was the pool area, the furniture was dirty and all the gutters etc around the perimeter could have done with a good cleaning, they really could make a lot more of this area as it very pleasant with lovely views out over the sea. Overall the 1. location was very good, excellent choice of restaurants in the vicinity, beach across the road. 2. Staff were excellent, reception, waiting staff, cleaning staff all friendly and courteous 3. Hotel communal areas were well maintained.

As we were staying for nine nights a more thorough cleaning of the room would have been welcome , not a problem if you are a short stay but for nine nights , it would be good if a full clean was done 1/2 way through. Pool area could be improved which would make it more attractive for guests to use.

Excellent hotel located right across from the beach, adults-only hotel, spotless, very friendly, and helpful staff, delicious breakfasts and dinners, good quality wifi, comfortable beds, large rooms, daily cleaning, water refill, coffee and tea set in the room. Large balconies with seating set.

Very shallow outdoor pool required, charges for drinks at dinner (even for tap water, which should be free and is served in bottles with information that it is tap water from a water filter). The lack of English language skills of the staff in charge of live cooking was sometimes very problematic. Terrible coffee for breakfast.

The hotel is amazing. Very clean and new. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Any questions we had were answered immediately and help provided. Best regards to the entire team! The location in front of the beach, great bar, pool and beautiful breakfast made the experience and our first holiday in a year a very special memory.

The beds had the typical characteristic of mass tourism and were not what one would expect considering the rest of the hotel, not bad but room for improvement 😉
