The location is just perfect, close to a big supermarket and to the main road but still quiet as it is in a side street. The room is in general not bad, but as other has said should get a good refurbishment, but it was more than enough for two of us, with the see view. We had flat screen tv, couple of pots, plates and cutlery, kettle, small cooker and microwave. There were radiators and AC but we couldn't turn it on either of them, but we didn't need it anyway. The cleaning ladies came every other day to change the bed and the towels. All the staff member was very nice and helpful. In the kitchen which is very small anyway was washing up liquid and in the bathroom were toilet rolls and soap. By the entrance is a nice size of pool, we didn't try it due to the not too hot weather but some kids did it and enjoyed it a lot.

The beds were awful and the pillows. I ended up sleeping on the sofa as when I got in the bed in the bedroom I felt I'am lying down in a bath. I had terrible back ache on the second day, that's why I slept in the livingroom which was much more comfy. To be honest, I did not ask for another room because everything else was ok, so I could carry on not sleeping in the bedroom, especially because of the walls were tiny and from there I could hear the neighbours snore. :D

The Pool Area was the best aspect of these Apartments as it was very quiet. No fighting for Sunbeds . The Location was good as well as it only took 10 minutes approx to walk into Palma Nova Main strip and Beach . Big Supermarket close by as well and a selection of Bars and Restaurants only 3 mins away also . Alex was very very helpful who worked on Reception and had excellent English but in general all the Staff were very obliging and friendly . Its easy get a public bus to Palma Airport , A11 Bus is 3 minutes walk from Apartments.

The property could badly do with upgrading , especially the Bedrooms . The shower was pathetic and leaked down the side of the bath . Abit of Silicone would have sorted this so Maintenance would need to be improved as a lock on our door was falling off which only required 2 screws to fix it . Basic Maintenance would improve the rooms dramatically but refurbishment in the long term is required . Bar by the pool did not have much of a selection of Drinks but was adequate if you wanted basic Drinks . Pool Area never seemed to be swept as Tissues and Hair could be seen on a Daily basis that was there from the day before which should be put in the Bins by the Guests if they were not so lazy but failing that at least be swept up every evening by the Cleaning Staff. and the Pool Area washed .

A place where you're welcomed. It's a small apartment hotel, so any of your doubts will be resolved the same day. Yes, the rooms would benefit from some renovation (like getting proper bathroom tiles on the walls or new mattresses in the bedroom). Still, if anything makes you uncomfortable, the staff is there to help you immediately, including the technician that lives in the same building and is available 24/7. The pool area is clean and spacious. I stayed with my 5-year-old, and it was a great time. I rate Martha's with 10, because 9 is not enough, and I hope it encourages them to get some renovation in this winter :)

Brilliant location. Amazing staff. Plenty of parking nearby, shops, restaurants, pharmacy and massive mercadona literally across the road. Bus stop just footsteps away for transport links to palma or magaluf. The staff could not be friendlier and we found the apartment to be perfect for our family’s needs. They are clearly working hard to renovate and modernise the apartments. The new bathroom with rain shower was superb. Located in a quiet street but so very close to all your other needs. We look forward to returning again out of season as well. Thank you making our son’s first birthday trip such a special one.

Really not fair to say we didn’t like anything as it served our needs so well but the furniture, curtains and front door of apartment were very dated but again it is clear they are updating the building in stages and phases and these minor observations didn’t impact our stay one bit.

Easy to get to from airport. Staff very friendly helpful and accommodating. Our room was cleaned every other day. Plenty big enough for three. Had a good sized balcony. Lovely swimming pool. Nearby supermarket, shops and beaches. Couldn’t fault. We’ve been coming to these apartments for ten years now and hope to make it eleven next year.

Nothing to dislike - except could have had a better bottle opener!

The pool and Spacious apartment plus air-condition system was worth it. Staff are very friendly, professional and helpful, Most speaks English aswell. Nice and quiet location.

1: No designated life guard looking after residents using the swimming pool. 2: No Daily changing of bedlinen or cleaning of rooms, maybe I should have asked, I don't know. 3: Noticed Cctv in the lobby, and felt this should be outside the building and not inside for privacy reasons.

Friendly staff. 10 min walk to beach. 5 min walk to grocery shop. Away from noisy night life. Nice pool. Room with patio, nice for outdoor supper.

The room was not as clean as should be. Thin walls, could hear the neighbor talking until late (bad for light sleepers). The patio was dirty with cigarette buds from above neighbors. No oven and missing some cooking utensils.

This hotel is in a great location, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We have been using this hotel for many years and we always have the same warm reception. The property has had some renovations and new beds which were amazing and so comfortable. The hotel is in a very quiet location close to all amenities.

Welcoming greeting on arrival. The room was above expectations and better than the pictures with the new bathroom. Pool area great. The location is quiet and well placed for everything. Local beach, supermarket and restaurants minutes away, Palma Nova 5 minutes walk and Puerto Portals 1.5 km. Very good value for money.

The location was amazing. So close to the bus stop and a very short walk to PalmaNova and a small quiet beach just two minute walk from the accommodation also. The free WIFI came in so handy.

The electricity box didn’t work for us in the beginning but with great help from a worker in reception we sorted out a method to fix it. I would have been nice to know upon arrival but also was an easy fix so didn’t cause too much hassle.
