Very good location, everything is close: the sea, supermarkets and a bus stop are a 5-minute walk away. A very beautiful embankment with many cafes and restaurants. A little bit small but very cozy and comfortable room with everything you need. Hotel has a very friendly staff who never refuse anything. If you need to rent a car, the hotel will help with this (with very good prices)

The owners could buy new frying pans because all the food burns on these. The room could use some updating, everything is a bit old. The shower was a bit dirty tiles and a bit old, but had good water pressure and hot water.

The fact that is was a 5 minute walk to the beach; it was self contained and had everything that I needed for my stay. The lady that gave me my keys was friendly and helpful.

I would have liked the fridge to have had a small freezer section for icecubes. The kitchenette was inside a raised section, therefore the sink and hob were located quite high. I had to get my keys from a different location, which had a poster on the door saying the place was closed.

Great place to stay location wise perfect for shops (Lidl 5 mins away) beach & buses Didnt cook there but used fridge Room good size Shower great Tv & Netflix a bonus on the day it rained Definitely stay there again if i went back to Palma Nova and recommend for others Great price too :)

Aircon noisy & leaked but we didnt need it the time of year we went (March)

The apartment met almost all our expectations: clean, very quiet in a side street,close to the beach, promenade, bus stops and LIDL supermarket, well equipped kitchenette, quite good selection of TV channels, attentive reception staff.

The only worry relates to the door lock and key - we were feeling a bit insecure.

The apartments were really nice and exceeded expectations. Comfortable furniture and plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Close to Palma Nova and really friendly staff.

The only minor comment is the pools, there isn't lots of sunbeds so was difficult being a group of 8 however we managed just fine as we didn't spend long there.

The apartment is in a good location. 15 minutes from the capital by car, it is also near to the beach and supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi). The parking is free on the streets and there are several parking space (it might be full in high season, as there are some hotels). It has all of the necessary equipment and furniture to sleep, bath, and cook basic foods. It belongs to a nearby hotel so the room was cleaned in every 2 or 3 days, we got new towels and even the bed lining was changed. Getting the keys was easy and they communicated well. The receptionist in the hotel was kind and friendly. The apartment was not noisy at all, but we were there in early April, and it might be different during the summer.

One of the plates in the kitchen cabinet was greasy, which was disgusting. The door of the apartment was not well insulated, we could see through the edges of the door. We were not able to roll up the blackout curtain in the sleeping room.

Room was great, bed really comfy, couldn't expect anymore from a room that's 50 pound per night I loved my stay. The staff were so accommodating and helpful all the time

Shower walls could have been cleaner and there could have been a bin in the room it's self not just the bathroom, there could have been doors for the cupboard where the hob and boiler were kept as the boiler lights were very bright at night when trying to sleep

The receptionists were very accomodating. The sheets were changed after five days and the towels every two days. The bus stop was very close.

The bed had two very different mattresses. One was too springy and one was too hard.

Cannot praise the place and the staff enough. From collecting my key from Hotel Gabarda and having a delicious and reasonably priced breakfast there the next day, the staff were always going over and above to make our stay memorable. The studio that my daughter and I had was perfect for us, especially with the little courtyard outside. Immaculately clean and new looking throughout, it had everything we needed for our stay. Have to say a big thank you to Adele in reception who helped me to reschedule my flights when I got stuck (a life saver) Have already recommended both the apartment and hotel to others. We will be back!

Loud neighbours at some points! Beyond the control of the apartments unfortunately 😁

Location was excellent. Cooking equipment was very adequate.

There was a 24hour delay in getting into our room however the staff provided alternative accommodation and gave us breakfast.
