The location was perfect. Right on the beach. The pool was nice and peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was amazing. Staff at the breakfast were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and modern and cleaned every day with fresh towels and toiletries. Overall we had a lovely stay. Would definitely stay there again.

We had booked a sea view room which we got bit it wasn't the room in the picture.. Our room was o n the second floor and I imagine the picture was taken from a room on the 5th floor!!!! Obviously the weather was extremely hot and we had brought an ice cold litre of water to the poolside. One member of staff in particular was very rude and told us on two occasions not to bring in any drinks from outside the hotel. It was his attitude that annoyed us. We looked around and other people had bottles of water but he didn't approach them. It is the first time that I have ever stayed in a hotel that you can't bring your own water to hydrate especially in soaring temperatures.ans the fact that we had paid nearly €1000 for our 4 night stay.

Superb location very central for restaurants. Supermarket and the stadium bar across the road which had great tribute acts every night Perfect for ladies trip

The pool wasn’t a great size considering the size of the hotel . It would be great if there was a small plunge pool on the rooftop terrace The hottubs were cold and needed cleaned

I am writing on behalf of my parents who stayed here for 6 nights. I requested a quiet room and paid extra for the sea view room. They were on the 5th floor and got a room with a beautiful view. My parents are in their 70's so I was a little nervous as they hadn't been away since before Covid. They loved the balcony and were able to sit out and look at the sea. They couldn't speak more highly of the staff in your hotel. Thank you for being so nice to them. They enjoyed Breakfast/Dinner in this hotel and ate out most days for lunch. They will back sometime in the future again :)

brilliant location, everything on your door step and opposite at lovely beach

we stayed in the block that is not attached to the main hotel. it’s not easy to get to and a lot of walking, especially when the main door on the street in locked in the evening

The location is great. Beach across the road shops bars and lots of restaurants all close by. The restaurant staff very friendly and helpfull both morning and evening..breakfast was good and evening dinner was good. The beds are comfy.we had top floor room with sea views. Very nice.

Think bath towels very small. The lift doors inside could do with a good cleaning.

Perfect 4-star hotel. Right on the beach, quiet and well organized place for guests 16 years and up. The breakfast buffet (included) was absolutely amazing, great dunner buffet for a very reasonable price. We would like to say thank you to all the hotel personnel, you are great! I highly recommend this hotel. We loved Palmanova, it is 30 min by bus to the Palma City, very convenient.

location is great, 2 mins from the beach and I liked the sea and mountains view from our balcony.staff was nice and helpful.

it was overall a great experience, my only issue was with the bed, it was not as comfortable for me, I got back pain ( but not everyone is that sensitive for this) and wifi didn’t really worked in our room. the rooms very great but It felt more like 3* than 4*

the cleanness of the rooms are excellent. Tea making facilities which I love. The staff are so approachable and friendly and will help with anything you ask. Breakfast has load of choice that you come out of the restaurant very full. swimming pool and sun beds a plenty and last but not lease is the location. cross the road and you are on the beach. I have been to this hotel 5 times in the last year. my go to hotel every time.

There was nothing I disliked at all in this hotel.

The room was great and much larger than I imagined. Very clean and very comfortable bed. And the customer service on the sun terrace was excellent, the lady went out of her way to ring down to the bar for the specific Gin and tonic water that I like. I would've been quite happy to go without.

The shower being centrally over a narrow bath wasn't ideal, especially with the central taps sticking out and causing bruising to the legs as you turned around. And, as there was no shower curtain it was impossible to stop water flowing all over the floor. Breakfast wasn't great, it wasn't replenished even when very quiet at the start of the session, and as it is in a recess, very difficult to negotiate your way in and out with people coming at you from both directions. I ate out after the first morning's experience! And I was disappointed that the hot tubs were out of commission.

Excellent choice for breakfast, cereals, fruit, pastries, yoghurts, cooked including bacon, eggs, mushrooms, sausages etc as well as churros and waffles, along with honey and jams. Tea, coffee, water and various juices - plenty for everyone. Hotel is located on the main street, minutes walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. There is also a supermarket next door, as well as various other shops close by. Bus service into Palma is very good too. If you have hired a car, parking can be an issue, as spaces on the road tend to be taken up quite quickly. However, there is a free car park just along the road, but it does get busy. Spaces can be found if you drive along the side roads. We had a room facing the beach with a balcony and didn't experience any issues with noise. Family friendly area.

There were no towels available to hire for round the swimming pool, but this was just an inconvenience really, no real issue.
