Good value, great location, spacious apartment, comfortable bed. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Decor is dated and some and it could maybe do with some renovations but I would definitely stay again.

Everything was so easy, from booking to check-in. Reception staff helpful and friendly. The apartments location is perfect, seaview with a small marina. As this property is at the end of the resort it is very quiet. Great supermarket round the corner. The apartment itself is big the beds were comfy. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom, iron and ironing board, safety deposit box in the wardrobe. It was spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed our stay and would return. Bonus of an indoor pool. Lovely pool area with bar serving food and drinks.

Unfortunately the apartment is old and in great need of updating. The main problem being the old wooden patio doors, really hard to close and open. This apartment could be amazing with some TLC. Definitely needs a new sofa. We weren’t disappointed as previous reviews led us to believe this would be the case.

Location quiet residential area nice atmosphere we got a real Spanish experience

The paintwork was old some discrepancies about furniture and doors. It was old. The noise was too loud from next door! I would ask for a quiet room next time.!! Finally the air conditioning was there but outdated and not strong enough. It didn't feel cool enough inside! Also I just feel it's a fantastic layout bit the whole place needs an update in paintwork and carpet where it's worn on stairs etc. I feel this would upgrade this hotel.

We were a group of 18 and had 6 rooms booked we arrived before our scheduled check in time 5 were ready and the 6th was approximately 15 mins later and the checking ran smoothly and payment sorted with ease with the member of staff polite all through The swimming pool both indoor and outdoor were clean and sun loungers and pool area well maintained and a nice little poolside bar for refreshments

I wouldn’t say a dislike but it could do with a bit of a modernisation but don’t let the bad reviews put you off it’s not a bad hotel at all if you want cheap and cheerful it’s perfect if you want 5 star pay for a 5 star hotel and not 3 star

The size of the rooms we're bigger than expected. We asked for a view and got one of the best. There was maid service who changed towels and cleaned up. They had safety deposit boxes at a reasonable price and allowed us to keep our room on as we had a late flight. They also provided antigen tests in the hotel which was really convenient. It is nice and quiet up at that end with local supermarkets restaurants and cafes. Easy to walk to 1 of 3 bays in palma nova too

The air con didn't work in the bedroom. The corridors and communal areas look tired. The small. Tiles in the pool were really dirty and need a scrub instead of just the liquid poured in each morning.

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. I had asked for an apartment on a higher level , but was originally allocated one on the ground floor. But the next day i was moved to an apartment on the 2nd floor , with a huge balcony overlooking the sea , the harbour and the beach. The staff were also very helpful with info on bus stops and timetables.

There was nothing to dislike once my apartment was changed.

The location, the apartments where in front of the beach, plenty of nice restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop at 10 min walk, 20 min drive to the city.

Parking on the street is free but is difficult to find one and to park in the parking areas belong to the apartments you have to pay a daily rate that is not included in the booking.

It did exactly what it said on the tin The location was perfect Stunning views Yes accommodation outdated but for the price it was excellent value for money Reception staff friendly and accommodating

The interior could be updated but then again if they did that they would increase the price For a self catering family of 5 for a last minute long weekend away I couldn’t fault it It wasn’t 5 star so if that’s what you want you need to pay more

1. essential's are not provided (no salt, pepper, liquid to wash dishes or even a sponge), you have to buy everything. I wonder what do they do with all these essentials that every few days people buy and leave at the apartments? 2. cleaning lady didn't take out rubbish 3. complex was with low occupation so why do they assigned families with children on top of apartments with only adults? too much noise at all times :(

Position of property was great. Indoor pool was lovely and the staff very helpful. The apartment was spacious with a great balcony. It was clean and well equipped.

Corridors were a bit shabby. Unfortunately the weather was windy with rain at times and the shutter outside our bedroom rattled and banged during the night. It needed some repair.
