The staff start off your holiday by being so welcoming, helpful & happy to help you with anything with a friendly smile, why this is a 2 star I do not know, lovely breakfast , drinks, friendly, helpful, nice little pool and loungers, perfect for singles and couples who want to chill, maybe not for kids as no singing no dancing, but that is not what we wanted this for. we loved the hotel vibe and met lots of lovely people. Lovely stay at the Gabarda. Very modern feel to the hotel with a lovely area for breakfast or just a drink as you first go into the hotel. Poolside bar which had a fully stocked fridge at reasonable prices. Rooms were perfect and immaculate. Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice. Staff made you feel very welcome throughout my stay. We spent our time at the sister hotel’s pool area (round the corner) and the pool and sun lounger area was perfect. Location is also ideal, 5-10 minute walk from the beach where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Bus stop 5 minute walk from the hotel which we used for trips to the waterpark and Palma.

Fantastic place to stay, every member of staff had a smile on their face, our stay 7 nights bed and breakfast, room and bathroom modern and super clean, choice of breakfast and breakfast service excellent as were bar prices, similar to street cafe prices, close to beach and bars, restaurants, nice pool area and pool, swimming pool small but again very clean, great value for money, all in all a great place that we will return to !!

There is no lift, didnt affect us thought may be difficult for elderly or infirm people to access their rooms.

Incredible stay at Hotel Gabarda! The staff went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed. Antonio made us feel very welcome with our Aperol Spritz's at the bar. His smile and great attitude made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Adelle checked us in and assured us we would be taken care of after a small hiccup with our room. The room was very clean, ample space, comfy bed, balcony, great location, minutes from the bus station and the beach. We had breakfast and it was a selection from the menu. Plenty of choices in a beautiful setting. No complaints on this stay, and highly recommend. If we return this will be our choice. Great property and location.

The owner and the staff was very polite and helpful during our stay trying to do as much as possible to ensure we get the best holiday The breakfast was delicious , swimming pool is open from 9am to 21pm , plenty of lounges and very clean the water , The rooms had air conditioning ,a balcony , tv and a mini fridge. Thay also have a bar downstairs open most of the time and you can buy cold drinks or fast food Location close to the beach , loads of shops ,rent a car or bikes, bus stop 4 minutes away that it will take you straight to the airport A11 , to Palma , Magaluf or other close beaches We also wanted 3 more days extra to stay , and they gave us a good deal and discount in a different place The hotel is very recommended , no noise or loud parties during nights

We stay 5 days in this hotel. Everything was perfect ! Room are nice and all the personnal are very kind ! ( special hello for Antonio :) ). The hotel is at approximatively 10 min at feet from Marineland and Katmandu Parc. You are at 5min from the beach at feet too. You have a Lidl at 200m and the car stop is just in front the entrance. I recommand this hotel.

The staff was absolutely great! I felt super welcomed. The room was clean and we had our towels changed every day. The breakfast was simple but good. We had a rental car and we could park behind the hotel. The area is nice, you have a Lidl and a Mercadona super close and also the bus station is 1-2 minutes away. I truly recommand it. Thank you for everything!!!

I would have liked some sheer curtains so the light can get trought without worring about the neighbours looking at us. Also a small cup for the toothbrushes would have been great. These are some small details. They don’t change the great stay we had.

Great location, fantastic staff super helpful! The breakfast is also tasty and perfectly enough. Although the bed is little hard (with a thin soft top), interestingly I slept really good and zero pain in the body in the morning. Also 2 different pillows which helps a lot! Clean bedsheets and towel change every day.

Noisy from outside and noisy people in the room next door. However I sleep with earplugs so for me it was ok. The rooms could use a little more cleaning. There is no safe in the room.

Staff were exceptional, every single member of staff was so friendly and helpful. A real credit to the Hotel. Our bedroom was a clean spacious double with well appointed bathroom. Breakfast choice was varied and cooked to order. Although Gabarda was a 20 minute stroll to the Palmanova beach, what could be considered a negative turned into its most positive aspect being its 5 minute stroll to Playa Son Caliu, the nicest beach in the area. 40m walk from the A11 express airport bus stop costing €4 each way pp.

The pool could have been bigger, the outside area could have had more greenery, but only if the plot size could expand. The Hotel used its footprint as well as it could.

The staff were really friendly and helpful with finding excursion in the island. The hotel provided showers and toilets after we checked out and It was only about 7 min walk to a nice and swimmable beach. The bar was also very nice we arrived late around 12 and still could find warm food to eat with a very reasonable price.

The breakfast menu could provide more options. You have to choose among either two big options or two small portions, which could be better but was still OK.
