Loved every part of the hotel. The staff the room, the food was to die for. Best hotel experience of our lives

Honestly, nothing to dislike at this place, The pool was cold but we visited during off season!

The hotel is in a wonderful position overlooking a small beach and a short walk from the beaches in Portals. There are plenty of restaurants nearby but the food in the hotel is excellent with a really good selection of quality wines. The hotel itself is extremely stylish. The aircon is so quiet and discreet. Some members of staff were absolutely outstanding including Rosa on the front desk, Robert at the wellness/pool bar and most of the restaurant staff. The Cuban barman made the best Porn Star Martinis I’ve ever tasted! The bed was extremely comfortable with the most luxurious sheets I’ve ever encountered.

It’s hard to fault the hotel, but I would say that the room cleaning / turn down service was a bit hit and miss. The rooms are mainly white which means that if the floors haven’t been mopped then it is obvious. Most staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Sadly on Robert’s days off at the pool it was difficult to get refreshments and the staff didn’t seem very happy about having to deliver.

Stunningly designed hotel in a beautiful location.

Our beachfront room was slightly small, slightly over-furnished with an unnecessary large armchair and table in the centre if the floor. However, we booked late and I think got the least desirable of the three rooms on that floor. We have previously stayed in another beachfront room and it was larger. It was still very comfortable, and we really didn’t spend much time in the room as the beach is a few metres away.

The hotel was beautiful and our room with a beach view was wonderful. The staff made us feel very welcome and our glass of Champagne as we arrived was a very nice touch.

We felt it lacked a good lounge bar which we would have enjoyed before and after dinner…. for meeting other guests etc. The weather at the beginning of April is not always warm and there was nowhere to sit internally apart from our room.

The staff were the most friendly and helpful in everything we needed. Have not experienced this level of service before. The rooms spacious and very comfortable. The design of the room was stunning. Breakfast was amazing —5*. Very high standard of food selection Hotel across from a little beach and very close to other restaurants within walking distance. Great location

A good breakfast. there were no berries, strawberries, raspberries etc. Melon seemed a bit too ripe.

It would help if the hotel booked a few loungers on the beach. You could ask guests to register the night before. Save having to get up early to put ones towel on a sun lounger. I appreciate it is operated by a separate company however you could offer say 10% more.

Breakfast was amazing, everything included including ale cart, prosecco and cold meats galore. Highlight for sure and the staff were all so welcoming and even upgraded our room upon learning it was our honeymoon. The happy hour was great too with a free drink provided to patrons to kick it off.

The location of the hotel is incredible, right in front of you is a quiet private style beach but you can walk around to a little beach club or to peurto portals. The beachfront bar is fabulous and the rooms are modern and light.

Sometimes the breakfast staff didn't get orders correct due to their english but were lovely.

The beach was disappointing after the first day as a digger spoilt the beach and took away a lot of the sun beds. The hill to the Main Street was difficult to climb as it was so steep

Amazing breakfast with lots of choice of healthy options. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The location was a little limited for people who enjoy walking. However, there was a lovely coastal walk into portals which took around 15 minutes and took us past an amazing beach bar which was well worth a visit!
