The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The location was perfect for reaching all areas of carralejovo. Staff were all so nice

There were insufficient sunbeds and so never got one in the ,9 days we were there. Sat outside our apartment instead which was OK but a bed would have been nice.

No blankets ! Asked at reception one evening about 18:00 after my husband told me he was very cold and the receptionist snapped my head off!! She said I should have asked in the morning and I explained to her that he only told me now!she did give me one reluctantly!lighting at night is very bad on the complex I used the torch on my phone walking back to apartment and had to use it to get the key in the lock even with the light on over the door!

Location was fab. Staff were really helpful and patient while i tried to practice my spanish. The pool was gorgeous and clean and prices at the pool bar were reasonable. We had a lovely view from our balcony. We could see Lobos and Lanzarote in the distance. Beds were comfy. Loved the separate dining kitchen.

I Guess i always hope the safe Will be free but it's not a huge issue. It would have been good to have the beds made Up as a double but we pushed them together and It was fine.

This is our second stay here. In terms of value for money these apartments are hard to beat. Our accommodation was spread over two floors, and the large outside terrace was right beside the pool area. Complex is in an excellent location with only a short stroll to the centre of town. Very spacious rooms which were cleaned every day by the lovely friendly staff. Pool is fantastic and poolside bar is great in terms of value/menu/service even the background music at the pool was faultless 😁

Only 1 small negative would be no air conditioning... but we were able to hire fans from reception

Clean and tidy, staff friendly, lot of door slamming and chair pushing late at night, pool bar closed at 5pm so that was a bit naff, 5min walk to main strip where you have all the pubs, restaurants design and the usual naff shops, 15 min walk into harbour and music square area, will be going bk, villa next time.

quiet location, short walk into town. Very clean hotel with friendly staff

A double bed would have been better. Facilities were sparse, no kettle (had to use a pan) toaster was something from the 50's. Had to purchase two decent size cups for tea/coffee. Other items missing, tv remote / iron etc could be hired from reception.

The apartments are clean and of a good size. The beds were comfortable. The location is really good. We enjoyed relaxing on the sunbeds at the side of the pool.

The apartments are tired looking and the windows in ours needed cleaning. Our front door scraped badly on the floor tiles every time we pushed it open. They must be aware as the cleaners are in most days. We payed extra for a balcony with pool view but sadly our balcony didn't get the sun at anytime of the day so we never sat out. There is no air-conditioning but as we visited in February this wasn't an issue for us .

The property was secluded, privately fenced which made us feel safe and comfortable. The cleaners came twice during our 5 night stay which we were pleasantly surprised by. We had a beautiful view of the sunset from our balcony.

It wasn’t as close to the main hub, but it’s still all within a 15/20 minute walking distance

Staff so helpful, rooms clean, central location. We arrived early and as our room was ready we were allowed early check in.

TV was rather small, tiny in fact but good variety of channels. No soap, shower gel, shampoo etc in bathroom

Fantastic self-catering apartment for the price. Daily cleaning service, which I have to admit, I wasn't expecting. Could have done with a kettle, however, didn't hinder is greatly. Clean and welcoming which was great for using it as a base for sleeping and washing. Would stay again.

Could have done with a kettle and the door only shut if it was locked. Pool was cold yet lovely. Didnt realise it was salt water though.
