I am delighted to say everything was exactly how I wanted this solo stay to be! Modern, quiet and close to everything like beach, local restaurants, easy connections 👌🏼 Big and comfortable bed, spacious kitchen, nice balcony 🙏🏼 Quiet at night, view for the pool :) Thank you Surfing Colors! very clean upon arrival & twin room was really spacious, lovely modern facilities and felt so clean, so much room around the poolside and peaceful, we honestly kept worrying it was too good to be true because it was so cheap we couldn’t believe how nice and clean everything was! we also liked the coffee machine in the room as we were able to get coffee pods from the supermarket and have our own coffee on balcony :). there was so much storage space in the room, big bathroom with hairdryer and a sofa too!! we were less than ten minutes from the centre of town and close to all of the restaurants and supermarket etc which was also nice. on our last day after we checked out we had a later flight we were still able to use a shower and given a room to rest in until our taxi came, which was really lovely. & although we didn’t join in they also had a paella music night when we arrived and that was very welcoming, very family feel amongst the staff which was great too, cocktails at the bar were delicious

we would have really liked to have air conditioning, there is a big electric fan in the room though which is okay :) & the bar wasn’t open for long in the daytime and only on certain days, it would have been nice if it had been open more in the day or at night, but I understand it was the end of the summer and we still had a gorgeous time round the pool regardless !! :)

We have enjoyed a lot in this hotel and would highly recommend. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the shops and the centre. It's easy to park your car nearby. We got a room- clean ,modern and well equipped with a balcony, exactly like in the picture ,with a view of the pool and a bit of the sea, so it was perfect. The bed was large and comfortable. Another advantage is that there is free drinking water for everyone and a set of bath liquids in the toilet and a hairdryer. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel housekeepers women do a great job, always perfectly clean rooms and fresh towels. I didn't choose the breakfast option so I can't rate it

It's a pity that instead of air conditioning there is a fan which is a little noisy while sleeping, but it wasn't a big problem for me .

Location is good, away a bit from Main Street noises…. Whereas would rather prefer the room not on the street side but pool side…. Maybe the third time will be the lucky

All good if ignore the renovation activities…. Was warned by email, that it is still going on, to be patient and understanding…. Thanks for the discount by the way… downside was that each morning had to close balcony door due to noises… fan above the wasn’t enough to be comfortable…. Didn’t like the system when maids clean the room… we arrived late evening, and the very following morning we got our room tidied, bins taken out, towels changed…. Box ticked off, service received!!!! It would make more sense to get all those things done on the middle of our stay … so our bin was filling up for the rest of holidays, towels not changed…

Pillows ideally need two Extractor fan in bathroom would be good Would not recommend hiring bikes very old not serviced, rusty and gears not working. Also western bike track was really hard dusty dirt roads. Would be nice if reception staff more forthcoming about bike routes.

Very close to all amenities, all staff were very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of outside space to sunbed, chill, read. Very clean. Great variety of rooms available. We were just room only, which had a kettle, and fridge, really comfortable beds, great shower. Room was a decent size for what we chose, good safe that's free, tv and 2 seater sofa in room, small terrace with a table for 2. They have a water machine that you can use to fill up, WiFi was good. Nice bar and restaurant. Couldn't really fault this place which has only 3 stars. Wednesday nights they have paella night for customers with music. We were there for New years, very busy but not noisy.

The hotel is located next to Bristol beach with a nice path by the beach for walk/run. Walking distance to main street for a bunch of restaurants and shops. The pool side is spacious with lots of sunbath chairs and tables to chill. The wifi is fast if you are working remotely or need to watch Netflix/movies. It's overall pretty chill place with friendly staff and guests. I go surfing with the surf school next to it and they are very good.

The bathroom has some unpleasant smell from the sewage after night time. The smell would go away a bit after turning on the fan or having a shower with the water running.

The place is very comfortable to stay in, pool and chilling areas to enjoy, you can walk to many places without being in a busy area. Large supermarkets and good eating options nearby. The option of having a coworking facility was super key for us too. You can use their kitchen facilities too for 5€ a day if you happen to have a room without a kitchen.

No self check in options. This place has different types of rooms, and some are newer than others. We ahve stayed more than once, and the first time we got a really nice new rooms, with a kitchen, wheras the second time it was a small basic room with no kitchen and you could tell it needed some renovation - the bathrooms especially. The beds and pillows in particular aren't very comfortable.

This is a great place for a relaxing and good value holiday. All the staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are a good size, with a choice of great views. The pool is relaxing (lots of loungers) and the bar facilities are great, especiallythe lovely team there.. The location is perfect, a quick walk to the main shops, cafes and restaurants. The complex itself is not rowdy at night, which is lovely. Would highly recommend.

There are fans in the room and a nice breeze does come through if you leave the balcany doors open, but they are not air conditioned if that is something you are looking for.

Really friendly and welcoming staff on reception and at the bar. Room was spacious and clean and bathroom felt like it had been updated quite recently. Lovely view from the balcony (I was upgraded which was a nice surprise.) pool area was nice (although didn't use as I was only there a couple of days). Really easy to get to the old town / main strip / beach and felt safe walking about on my own Water bottle and water fountains available which saves buying water! I've booked to go back in a couple of as the hotel and corralejo had such nice vibes which shows it's definitely a nice place to stay!

These are tiny things but just good to be aware of in advance! No tea and coffee in the room which I would have expected give kettle and coffee maker are provided. It was pretty quiet in the evenings so the bar didn't stay open late so I didn't end up using it much. (not really a fault but something to be aware of if you want somewhere lively / with it being coworking too I thought there may be more going on).
