The hotel was lovely very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Very central to beach, restaurants, shops etc. Apartment was lovely very comfortable air conditioning was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. No noise at nighttime. So overall a very relaxing experience.

We were very disappointed with the balcony. We booked an apartment with a balcony which we expected we could walk out onto. However what we got was a pair of French doors which we could open into the dining area and sit inside. Not what we expected or booked. It is one of the nice parts of a holiday to be able to sit out doors and enjoy a relaxing drink while savouring the lovely weather particularly when we don’t get many opportunities to do so at home with our damp cool weather. Having said all that we didn’t complain to reception about it. Perhaps we should have, but as we arrived at nighttime and were under pressure to get something to eat. It just seemed like too much bother at the time to pack up our belongings and move to another apartment if we were offered an alternative.

We went for breakfast the first morning. There was three of us but we could not get a table to seat three. Selection of food was ok. Not much space between tables.

Our apartment was 154 and comfortable. The only thing was outside on the balcony we had a steel fire escape blocking part of the view and we had no privacy when there were workers going up and down.We had requested that our apartment and our friends apartment be close together but we were allocated apartments some distance apart.

Clean room and public areas, friendly staff. Great location very close to beach, cafes, restaurants and supermarket and just a short walk to the harbour. Nice, sheltered pool. Complementary bottle of Navarra wine and water on arrival. Nice bedlinen, changed frequently. Some English TV channels. We stayed in a Premium Double room, which had a "fold-away" kitchenette - useful for having the occasional simple snack/breakfast and with a good size fridge, though there were no pans and the washbasin in the bathroom had to be used as a sink. Nice little balcony with a side-view of the beach. Great pizzas at the "no-frills" pizza restaurant next to Reception. Good Italian cafe nearby on the main strip (Amore)

The WiFi was a bit intermittent. The breakfast room/restaurant looked a bit soulless

Location was perfect.the views were amazing.we had superior apt up top facing the beach we did not want to leave. All staff friendly and always a smile

As always the sunbeds are taken up with towels we didnt use the pools so close to beach.and just the stairs in the apartment are bit steep and narrow to access the roof terrace

Amazing location. Main Street at the front of the hotel and beach / promenade at the back . Large pool and sunbathing area with lots of beds ( but still some guests putting towels on beds for the day and making an appearance late in the day ) Room and hotel spotless a special mention to housekeeping for their attention to detail. Lovely balcony to the front perfect for people watching. Great sized shower and nice big sink area. also had a mini kitchen ( which I did not use but seemed to have all you needed) also a fridge and Good TV with lots of English speaking channels.

Just a minor point the wifi would drop off and you had to log in again but no big deal as I had Mobile data

Fabulous, well-equipped apartments complex, spotlessly clean and well maintained, wonderfully located in centre of town and next to beach, but not overly noisy. Stayed in mid-February, temperatures just perfect for us as we are not 'heat-monkeys' but still wanted some sun. Be back? Definitely.

WiFi is 'iffy' in apartments furthest from reception, and is accessible without pass code, so maybe is abused from non-residents?

Excellent location near the harbour, shops and restaurants. Beautiful area. Hotel was comfortable and scrupulously clean, with well-maintained grounds. Staff were very helpful and efficient; a couple of problems we had were dealt with and solved right away. A very relaxing stay.

While the food in the restaurant (we only had breakfast) was varied and fresh, it was not of the quality I would expect of a four-star hotel. I would book room only next time.

The hotel is located very nicely to the majority of restaurants and main beaches. The rooms are quite big with good isolation of bathroom. The buffet is nice with good quality food.

We had few issues with bathroom and smell, but it was resolved by the staff very quickly. The buffet could use some variety on different days.

Location of hotel, apartment and it's sea view and size of balcony, small pool area for apartment was nice even with freezing pool. Amazing stay did not want to come home at all.

Only thing is had apartment 2 with sea view and the second bedroom the twin really needs some form of ceiling fan or air con actually in it as had to either leave door to apartment open or leave window open to get it not like a sauna and that was in winter/spring, noisy outside during night if leave window open would be nice to have option not to have to.

Bed exceptionally comfy, balcony was nice and had a nice view of the street. Location is great. Didn't try the food but the drinks were nice and reasonably priced, barman was very friendly and made our stay.

Only thing missing was a toaster. We stayed in January and air conditioning wasn't very cold, think I would struggle to stay here in the hotter months.
