The location of the hotel was great - there's a beach nearby and it's close to a lot of restaurants and bars. The breakfast was excellent - it was a buffet with a lot of different things to choose from! The rooms were very clean! The staff is polite and always ready to help out, they are the best thing about this hotel.

The air conditioning in the hotel rooms could and should be better (and the sensors that are checking if the balcony door is closed should be replaced). We had to switch rooms because it wasn't working in our room. And then again when we did switch rooms, the AC wouldn't turn on after some time because the door sensor went willy-nilly, so it had to be "repaired" by scrubbing it down with a towel. The pool could be a bit bigger, although I guess it's more of a "relax" kind of pool instead of a "swim" pool.

it is all very clean, the location is perfect (super close to the beach and in the middle of the centre near all the restaurants and shops as well), the breakfast buffet has a great selection and is delicious, the pool was lovely temperature as well and the reception is very kind and helpful.

we had a standard room and the bed was quite small for tall and large people, a small thing but a toilet brush would be helpful. the dinner is part buffet and part a la carte for the main course and the menu for the main course doesnt change and we felt was quite bland so would prefer a buffet as well. it is adults only which was a plus though it felt like senior adults only maybe it is the time of year…

The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to anything you need. It was quiet at night as you’re not directly next to the main square. The beds and rooms are very comfortable. The staff made us feel very welcome and they went above and beyond to meet our standards and requests. A special thank you to the reception and catering.

The only thing I can think of is during breakfast or perhaps dinner at the hotel is to have a specific vegan dish.

One of the best breakfasts with a wide range of options, you can indulge in delicious Spanish delicacies each morning. The room is exactly as presented in the photos, we enjoyed the little balcony every day drinking a coffee or a glass of wine. It was more than lovely to wake up to the sound of birds chirping. As for the staff, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful no matter what we asked or requested, but Laura has gone above and beyond in pointing us to the best island gems worth discovering, most amazing beaches and the greatest local restaurants! Last but not least, as it happened to be my birthday at the beginning of the trip, a lovely surprise awaited me in the room that day. Our stay was simply PERFECT! The property is extremely well-located, just walking distance to get anywhere in Corralejo. We absolutely recommend H10 Ocean Dunas!

My friend and I thought the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the food was good. There were plenty of sun beds and umbrellas at the pool area and it was great having the little snacks served twice daily while relaxing by the pool.

At breakfast it would have been better if there was hot water, a selection of tea bags and milk so that guests who don’t drink coffee can make their own tea as the tea served at the table was often lukewarm. There was no extractor fan in our bathroom and a couple of times the poolside toilets had no toilet paper to use.

Everything apart from checkout

We paid our bill the night before we left, but on the morning we departed they claimed we had not paid. The receptionist chased us up the road to the bus stop and demanded to photograph the credit card receipt which was embarrassing and unacceptable to be wrongly accused of dishonesty.

Location, staff, the pool bar setting, I really think H10 staff are brilliant for customer service!

bfast could be a bit better! although top tip ask for poached eggs and you can get fresh eggs rather than the ones that have been sitting there. it’s not the worst I have just had better. one thing I didn’t like about the property is there are no options for lunch - so we couldn’t buy a sandwich etc so it meant going out for lunch every day:

great location, close to beach and restaurants etc, yet so calm and relaxing. Really friendly and professional staff who went over and above to help. Comfortable, clean rooms and excellent breakfast! We wished we could have stayed longer! Would definitely return to the same hotel given the chance.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The only suggestion we would have would be a water fountain in the gym would have been helpful and air conditioning!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, lots of recommendations etc. Breakfast was very good (everything you could think of) and we wnjoyed using the pool/pool area. We requested a west-facing room over the quieter garden courtyard and got exactly what we asked for which was great!

Despite the refurb, we found the bed and the pillows somewhat uncomfortable. Our neighbours were a little noisy. Parking is difficult!

Excellent location, quiet hotel with very friendly staff. Food was good and rooms comfortable.

Work going on around the pool area meant it was fairly noisy and only part of the pool was available. However we were able to use the pool facilities at the neighbouring H10 hotel which was excellent. (Would suggest pool work will be ongoing till the end of June 2023.)
